Office needs to be mopped, walls cleaned and repainted. Front door handles gummy and dirty. They sprayed for covid but they need to be deep cleaned.

Pros:

staff was very friendly and helpful. when I needed to extend my car rental reservation they had no problem extending it for me on the phone.

Cons:

They just need to be more informative about certain details. example: if you return the car after the time you picked up the car than you will be charged an extra fee or another day.

Pros:

The staff was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. This was my first rental experience that I actually got a better car than the one I reserved—my previous 3 rentals had nowhere near the car reserved, even after confirmation the day before. To top it all off, the drop off could not have been any easier, and I was able to keep the car longer than anticipated. We will be going to this particular enterprise for all my rentals in the future.

Cons:

This experience was near flawless.

The price I was given for the rental.

Cons:

The customer service was poor. Employees treat customers like numbers without any care and rushing through the paperwork without properly explaining. The car was extremely dirty on the inside and it was advertised that they now have added cleanliness but I did not see that.

The staff was fine. It was very busy and They had no cars I had to wait n line for an hour to get my car then when I got to counter. They gave me an economy car that was super smal. I had paid and rented a premium car. She said it would be another 45 minutes for the car I paid for. I feel like I wasted money and could have rented from another company that was actually cheaper and no wait.

The price at the time of booking and the price we payed when we picked up the car increased of 400%. They forced us to take the mandatory insurance (that was not specified when I booked). Then when we brought the car back, they checked it without us being there, and there was a little scratch that apparently wasn't there before, and they made us pay 400€ for this, although they will probably never paint it as it almost under the car and no one sees it. Terrible service, terrible company, will never go with them again.
