Great Service nope
Very well kept for an older establishment...room was very nice. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others
Booked only one queen sized bed, but my teenage daughter came on this trip with me, and the nice staff gave us TWO beds in our room without charging me any more money, this was a far better stay, they even had a coffee maker and free laundry if we needed! Nothing...this was the greatest hotel we ever booked!!!
Fair at best. Musty smelling. Broken door locks. It was a special weekend, whcih raised the price. However, it was more than double what it was worth.
Some things showing their age. Broken bathroom window . and door wouldn't latch
Nothing. There's ample free ice for fisherman. There's a dunkin donuts in the parking lot and a ruby tuesdays next door This hotel is terrible. I vowed to never stay here again, until I happened to see a price of $27 a night which I have never seen in 20 years of coming to oswego. I think I over paid! Here's a break down of the room -moldy lampshades above your bed -blood stained sheets -comforter that rarely gets washed and has been there for 15years -towels that are like sandpaper and are not cleaned w bleach as there are stains on 3 out of 5 towels -mold on the bathroom walls -windows that are rusted shut or if the open have no screen -housekeeping staff chains smokes before cleaning your room -water that goes from boiling to ice cold in a matter of seconds. Often with little warning -pubes on the walls of the shower -cracked bathroom tiles -a free breakfast you couldn't pay me to eat -a vending machine that has only one bag of m&ms left -a mattress/pillow combo set that is guaranteed to have you visiting a chiropractor when you get home -a 24hr dunkin drive thru that will keep you up with people ordering all night and day
