Terrible! I rented a Van with you for 7 tall guys… deliberately to avoid risks. We were given a car we did not fit in…. Honestly, this should not be possible in particular as I trust Kayak when I book…. 0 out of 10!Reviewed Oct 21 2024

I will never rent from this company again. They get you in the fine print with their insane insurance requirements, forcing you to purchase their coverage which is 3x the cost of the rental. They are also poorly located about 20 min from the rental car terminal at the airport. When they drop you off, they do not take you to the departures terminal, so you have to take another team.Reviewed Oct 21 2024

Not a good experience. Office was closed in the middle of the day when we went to pick up the car. The car was not well maintained (radio did not work, maintenance lights on, low tire pressure light on etc.). Unexpected fees were also added on by the company quadrupling the cost of the rental. Finding the Green Motion at Waverley Station was very challenging. It was located in a parking garage with no clear markers or signs. We had to ask for help from multiple people to find the office. Once we arrived, the extra fees for insurance were extremely expensive. The hidden fees after they lure you in feel very scam like. The car itself was comfortable and clean. No complaints there, but when we went to drop off the vehicle, they wanted to charge us upwards of 400 pounds for a dent that already existed when we got the car. The staff were extremely rude and condescending about it, and made no offer for us to speak with upper management. They proceeded to tell us we were liable for costs even though when we picked up the car they said it had the dent. Everything about this agency felt underhanded and deceiving, like their ultimate goal is to get as much money from you as possible, but lure you in initially with the best price. I would NOT recommend Green Motion to anyone traveling and in search of a rental vehicle.Reviewed Oct 12 2024

We did not get a van, which was requested/booked. They gave us a "7 seater" Luxury SUV that had barely enough space for our luggage. We needed a van for a wheelchair. They offered us a van for an extra £1000, for the 4 day rental. Felt like I was being ripped off. The 2 other separate customers next to me were having the same trouble.
