Obviously you come to this resort to use the water park features, and they are totally awesome
Bedding and room service options could have been a little enhanced
Great family fun
Great waterpark and entertainment for the whole family
Good for kids
Family friendly especially for little kids.
Choice of food within the facility; carpet appears worn and dirty.
The entire experience was simply amazing. I would definitely recommend
I loved everything about this lodge. Check in was easy, getting around was easy and the entire staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. We hated to leave.
There was nothing I can complain about. The lodge exceeded my expectations.
The water park was lovely. My kids had a lot of fun playing in the different areas. The extra activities add up in price but it's good to have variety as we needed a break from the water park sometimes. Although I found it small, our kids loved our room since they had a bunk bed in their own little area. The different activities provided by the staff are really cute (face painting, balloon animals). Most of the staff we encountered were really nice and helpful.
Sudden shut down of different areas of the water park without explanation. The ice cream/breakfast shop at the lower level are staffed with young people who could be better trained. One told me that the price of tea is the same throughout the lodge ($3.34 small cup). Dunkin' Donuts, which is only one level up, charges much less. Towels and food are not cleaned up so it is hard to tell which chairs and tables are free to use. A hot tub would be nice.
Kids had a blast!!
This hotel is totally kids friendly, my kids had the time of their life's. We will definitely be coming back again.
I don't like that kayak doesn't tell you when you bokk this hotel, that it only includes the hotel and not the water park, to our surprise when we arrived we had to pay $150.00 just to use the park.
My son and I loved the water park, the food etc.
The staff needs to be trained for better customer service.
Great simple family getaway
The kids had tons to do. Water park is super fun, as are many other activities. The food was uniformly good-- not great-- but better than expected. The staff is really friendly and very well trained. All in all, we were quite impressed.
The buffet is overpriced and totally mediocre. The furnishings in the rooms couldn't be more basic. I get that the theme is "woodsy", but all the wood makes the place look like it was decorated in the early 90s.
