Pros: The room! 209 is a king suite and was quite amazing for the price. Separate bedroom, large TVs, and whirlpool bath! Even bathrobes! Wasn't the Ritz, but was very very nice.
Cons: The front parking lot is cramped to say the least.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The property was nice. Modern and clean. Felt like “home.”
Cons: Not so much what we didn’t like about the property as the experience... when we arrived one elevator was broken. Then while we were sleeping the power went out to everything around 2am. Came back on around 6:15am. However, our bathroom light would not come on. The tv would not come on and the elevators were all broken. So, we had to lug our bags down 4 flights of stairs. Then, realized they would do nothing, financial, to help us out. We understand this was out of their control, but- it did greatly inconvenience us... so, I had hoped they would do something to compensate.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, very good. :) The room needs a roller desk for doing laptop work. A better remote. A microwave. A clock. More towels, since there are no rugs on the floor. Access to fresh air outside. An extension cord? More waters.
Cons: The room was stuffy. Small room. Missing towels -- No big deal. Should have been a free drink ticket. Bar soap needed. Or, more of them. A night-light. Needs fresh air. A rolly desk for work and TV. An extension cord? A mircrowave. By the ice machine.
7.0 Good
Pros: I love this hotel, the modern decor and ambience. The rooftop lounge is a great place to relax and enjoy a drink or appetizer....the food is REALLY good!!!
Cons: Ate at a nearby restaurant and had some leftovers, the hotel did not have a microwave or anyway to heat my food up.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, decor, customer service, amenities! Beautiful hotel! Within short walking distance of numerous restaurants and bars and stores. Excellent security and safety.
Cons: We booked last minute and got a tiny efficiency King. The bathroom, kitchenette, and bedroom are all together with only partitions to separate. We heard everything! Very hard to sleep. We checked out a day early. Hotel management was very kind and understanding and refunded our second night. Great hotel-just get a bigger room

Cons: It was a horrible experience that I hope never to relive.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Hotel decor was very nice and trendy .
Cons: I was about to get into the shower and housekeeping lightly knocked 1 time then came right in. This was around 9am!!! I had to scream "NO THANK YOU, NO THANK YOU!!! as I was naked!!!!! Not happy!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here for our wedding night and everything was perfect. We loved having the option of the roof top bar for our wedding party and guests afterwards. The hotel even did a nice champagne and strawberry setup for our room as a surprise. It was a really great stay.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I loved the openness of the room, lighting was perfect, the shower was awesome my wife loved it. The staff was extremley professional and helpful. I was telling the staff about my travels and being tired and they threw in two free drinks on the house. The staff expressed a great concern in my comfort and needs. I love this place and I will definitely come back again. Centrally located, I choose this hotel because everything is close and within walking distance which contributed to a lovely night out in the town with my wife. I felt like a teenager again running the town with my wife. with no worries because everything was taken care of.
Cons: The only complaint and I'm just nit picking here, I didn't really care for the European themed toilet to much t didn't seem powerful in my opinion. Because the hotel is downtown, and there is no on site parking, parking may be a hassle for out-of-towners if you don't know the area. I valleted my vehicle the first day and did my own parking the second once I learned my way around and got comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very nice and engaged in conversation.

Pros: The front desk staff was very nice
Cons: My sheets where dirty. When I pulled back the comforter, there was an actual snickers wrapper under the sheet and crumbs all around. When I called the front desk, they brought up new sheets but I HAD TO MAKE UP MY OWN BED AT YOUR HOTEL. Removing dirty sheets and all.

Pros: The room and hotel is very nice, and the location is near trails so it was amazing to get out and go for a run.
Cons: The room itself was fine, but the walls are thin. The people on the upper floor walked like elephants at all times, the whole roof felt like coming down. You can also hear everyone at hours past midnight. Not comfortable when you are trying to get rest and constantly getting awaken by all the ruckus.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and prooerty
Cons: Have me a hard time to have 2 beds even though I reserved two beds , I even showed them proof and told them would not fit 2 adults and 2 kids with one bed
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Outdoor heated pool
Cons: This hotel was nothing more than than other 2.5-3.0 star hotels, but was advertised as a 4.0 star. Other than an overpriced restaurant, it was the same as others.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The back side view to water from the restaurant
Cons: Tesla charger in the parking lot
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I loved the classiness of the facility, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall amenities were top notch. Not too far, but reasonably close to everything we wanted to do on our trip.
Cons: The floor above me on my second night was really really loud. I felt like the front desk didn't do anything about it. I had a 6am flight and this was a major disappointment to my trip.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, almost brand- new facilities. Gorgeous view from the corner room. Very clean. Comfy beds. Very, very quiet (although we stayed on a Sunday and there was no one next door). Excellent drinks and food at bar. Friendly staff. Short Uber to downtown restaurants.
Cons: $5 coffee= rip off. Knock on the door at 10:30am telling us we had to check out even though we had until midday was not a good experience.
