Pros:The staff was kind enough to get us into a better, but still wanting, room.
Cons:Everything.

Pros:Cheap.
Cons:Definitely a one star stay. Bed shets torn, moldy ceiling, top hinge to all cabinets were broken, toilet partially broken required opening the lid and pushing down the dipstick.

Cons:I made the reservation, 20 minutes later I got a phone call saying that could not provide the room that I have paid for up front and they tried to put me in a room over 20 miles away when I balked at this she stated that she had been trying to call me for hours that was a straight up lie. I had some one call and attempt to book the same room and miraculously they had one albeit at a much higher price.

Cons:Room was not clean. Floors were not clean, sheets appeared to have never been changed since the last occupant. The room smelled - not at all fresh clean smell. Elevator was filthy, trash left in and around entry ways.

Cons:I booked my room a month or two in advance, flew in, drove from the airport to Glendale and come to find out-my room had been given away. The desk employee also didnt offer to help me find another room at all.
