I loved the attached Thunderbird Diner. Great prices, very good food and decor. Very clean rooms
Taking everything into account, this is a good bargain. Mostly ideal if you're staying in between Zion and Bryce and want to visit both from a central location. This is really the only game in town if you want that kind of setting. The hotel is actually quite acceptable, with an outdoor pool, heated jacuzzi, and sit-down restaurant. Rooms are standard for the 3 star hotel class, with all the amenities a business traveler would expect, but not so overboard to go into the luxury category. The staff really make it run though - with prompt service consistently delivered with a smile. Beds are a bit hard. Lack of a wide variety of dining options in surrounding areas. Price is a bit high as well.
Room was spacious, quiet, had a beautiful high ceiling -- one of the most attractive motel rooms we've experienced.
Best food I have ever had at their restaurant. Rooms were very quaint and clean. Bedding was immaculate.
Nice location. View of buffalo was great. No tv No ice in room. Had to cross road and get ice from lobby thru restuarant. Door lock broke. Advised staff and they kept asking if we were using it correctly. It was broken.
First there was a feeling of bait and switch M when they put us in a one room cabin, clearly not the King bed and suite that was advertised. But Faith got us switched into a much nicer unit, and we had a great stay. The horses did not look especially healthy, and it was a slow walk, but Trinity, who lead the ride did a great job of leading the ride, explaining a lot of the scenery.
It was very quiet, easy to relax while there. Seeing the animals in the morning from the windows was really great. Maybe a radio would have worked.
I loved the charm, the views, the restaurant, location and amenities. I thought the front desk staff could have been a little more friendly. They were all business. The bathroom is huge but has no hooks anywhere to hang clothes or towels on.They need instructions in the room on how to operate the TV, could not get it to work.
Internet is a problem; we paid over $--- a night and didn't get any internet service OR even the ability to find any signal. When we got back from hiking, we couldn't even make a phone call or check messages. Also, need more hammocks and fire pits around
Very nice room, bigger than I expected. Location is in between Zion NP and Bryce Canyon so it is ideally situated. We were not able to check in on time as it was a busy weekend due to holidays. Staff were very apologetic but i guess this needs to improve specially when you are coming from a long trip.
The air conditionner in the room was very noisy. We arrived late at night and there were absoluetly no street lights, so we had trouble finding the site.
Incredible property, friendly staff and modern amenities in a rustic setting. Loved the spa tub and fireplace! Also, the trail horseback ride was worth the price!
it was all outstanding no
Location, Location, Location. What an awesome spot on planet earth. Hard to know what is the best. The Gourmet restaurant, the bison's grasing in Front of you in the Morning when you slurp your coffee on your carbon porch, the Kids in the Petting zoo? The pull-out sleeping Couch was poor, but we received immediate attention by the super-friendly staff And got an luxury Air bed instead.
Food was overpriced and just ok
I chose Duck Creek Village Inn because it was close to Cedar Breaks and Bryce Canyon. I was pleased with the room, spacious and clean. It had wi-fi and cable TV. Hotel Employee were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and made to order
We like everything most , unforturenatly during the night 2-3 am , no power , so no breckfast .The owner couple are very friendly. That town has only one resterraut, waiting for develop. Shower room too nerrow even for slim person.
The owners were extremely friendly and eager to make our short stay a good one.
