Pros: The owners of this B&B are gems!!! Hotel employee were so warm and welcoming, it felt like you were a guest in their home as opposed to staying in a hotel! Breakfast was so delicious and hotel employee is quite the wiz in the kitch

Pros: The staff was great, the room was immaculate, and the pool was clean. Continental was ok, variety a little light, oatmeal was a D-, but it's free...
Cons: The hotel is still being constructed - screw gun work started at 8:05 a.m. - other than that, A+
Pros: Location worked well for me and parking was plentiful. The room was clean with basic needs met easily. There was a nice place to hang clothes, work on my computer and relax. Traveling alone, I felt very comfortable entering and exiting the building and sleeping at night. Front desk staff was very attentive and friendly.
Cons: The walls are a bit thin so you could hear all movement in the hall and at times people next door but it was not disruptive or distracting.
Cons: Little bit better breakfast

Pros: Value hotel compared with nearby Portland ME hotel
Pros: Location was great. Price was reasonable and it was clean. Great breakfast!
Cons: Our room was located next to the back entrance door (RM 114). We could here everyone entering and leaving due to the door slamming. Made it difficult to fall asleep.
Pros: Our room was comfortable, easy to access and the location of the hotel is wonderful.
Cons: I had to book through a discount agency - after calling the hotel twice to ask them to 'match' the discount rate. I would much rather deal with Hampton Inn!

Pros: We both absolutely loved the bed. It was super comfortable, perfect amount of blankets, the pillows were great too! I loved the little details with the tv, the hbo guide of what was on as well as the channel lineup. Breakfast was also pretty perfect.
Cons: I HATED the fact that there was no shades, just a see through curtain and another curtain that doesn't shut all the way. I felt the bathroom was a little too dirty for my taste. The guys at the desk were very nice and helpful but I felt that they were not dressed where I would think they worked there. Also, because I like details, I would have preferred a second garbage can and 2-ply toilet paper.
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and grounds were well kept. Free breakfast was real good. Shower was great but a little tough to get into for us old guys.
Cons: TV system card had not been updated so finding programs took some effort. The refrigerator was mediocre.
Pros: Really nothing
Cons: Sheets were scratchy and uncomfortable, AC was loud and didn't work well, bathroom was dimly lit and lacked amenities, carpet was sticky. All together disgusting. Manager was a horrible person. Never again!
Cons: Way too expensive
Pros: We took our 4 yr old grandson to the pool. He loved it and so did we. Comfortable & clean.

Pros: The room was very clean and the staff was very courteous and friendly.
Cons: The continental breakfast was subpar. The bagels, bread, and cinnamon buns were bland. No choice was available as to a variety of flavors of bagels and bread. It would've also been nice to have some hot food like bacon or sausage available.
Pros: It was close to Yarmouth and had a refrigerator.
Cons: A/C was poor and the rug was damp. Freezer in fridge didn't freeze anything
Pros: Breakfast Clean room Friendly Staff
Pros: Comfortable beds
Cons: Staff is very rude.
Pros: It's location is perfect for my needs in that area!
Cons: The bathroom vanity hadn't been cleaned, the outside lights shined in my room all night because the shades don't close, the heat hadn't been on so I walked in to a very cold room, someone opened my door in the morning while I was in the bathroom.
Pros: It's certainly the nicest Super 8 I've stayed at. Updated Rooms.
Cons: Cleanliness was bit of factor. Hairs on shower wall, blood smudge on toilet.
Pros: The inside was very clean and there were good areas to walk my dog. Rooms came with good fridge and microwave. Breakfast was included, location was convenient.
Cons: Parking lot littered with empty liqueur bottles and half eaten fruit throughout the weekend. Maintenance staff did not speak English when I had a problem with my bathroom. Breakfast staff were rude and refused to leave waffle iron spray available to use.
Pros: Great location, clean room.
Pros: Really convenient to Freeport and the Interstate. Great, clean, no-frills place to stay.
Cons: The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, but the room was fine. Wish there had been more protein of some sort as part of the breakfast.
Pros: It was much better than I thought it would be! The room was wonderful and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! I was pleasantly surprised.
Cons: When they said enter through door 8 to get to your room, but there was no number signs on the doors.

Pros: The room was clean and the staff were pleasant.

Pros: Cost, pool although we didn't use it
Cons: Our room was not cleaned over 2+ days. Left very late one day and had "do not disturb" up in am so maybe they don't clean later on. But the previous day no sign and still no one came. Girl at front desk was not concerned when I told her about it.
