Pros: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This was a brand name hotel amongst several shady hotels that were close to my meetings. I'll stay at a full service hotel and drive further next time.
Cons: Slept with my clothes on to avoid contact with the room as much as possible. Extremely thin walls - it seemed to be an old apartment complex that was converted to a hotel - the front desk was in what I assume used to be the clubhouse.

Cons: There were a couple things in the room that weren't particularly well kept, e.g. loose shower curtain rail, broken light bulbs, broken closet sliding door.

The grounds were filthy...garbage piled outside the door..nice touch. The ac must be centrally controlled as the room became very hot and stuffy during the night.

Cons: We asked the girl at the front desk if the hotel used a specific uber person. She said yes, 20 dollars each way to the local pub. We downloaded and utilized uber ourselves and paid 5 dollars each way.

They did offer free breakfast, but unfortunately I slept too late to take advantage of it! And that was due to the extremely comfy bed. I loved the suite, it was more like an apartment and could have happily stayed there much longer.

This is not a destination hotel. It is a quiet, relaxing, out of the way hotel. We stayed here because it was the closest hotel to a nearby relative. We were very pleased with our stay.
Pros: The hotel was clean,quiet and convenient. The morning breakfast was nice.
Cons: The bedding for the pull-out couch was mismatched and old. They did not replace our coffee that I used in the room and had to go down to get it from the reception.

Cons: Our room was at the end of the hotel, so maybe that was the culprit, but the wifi was terrible. It constantly dropped in and out to the point where it was effectively useless. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:30 and my wife and I got there just before 10 and they had already closed and were setting up for lunch. Ours and the key card of another guest stopped working on the 2nd day, which was a little annoying, but not that big a deal as it was easily reactivated.

Cons: The rear of the hotel is alongside a freeway so rooms on the back side of the building come standard with the constant drone of freeway traffic, make sure to request a room in the front of the building. Bathrooms need maintenance and repairs... I wound up staying here several nights and thus stayed in 2 different rooms, both showers were in need of work but the first was pretty bad. The first room had a shower with previous damage filled in with what looked like bondo and then there was a hole in the top of the tub. The diverter did not seal properly so when trying to use the shower there was virtually no water pressure as water continued coming out of the tub spigot instead of just the shower head.

We then mutually decided to cancel the reservation, he said we would not be charged and we were. The whole thing ruined my day and we were already there for a funeral!

Cons: They said the wifi was free but when we tried to log on to it with our phones and my daughter's ipad it wouldn't work. When we tried to follow the steps they left in the room to use it, it just kept bringing us to a website to pay for it. Also the restaurant connected to it didn't have much of a kids selection. So we had to go out for dinner. But the breakfast buffet there was very good.
