remember your name, check and out was quick. Very knowledgeable about area.
Good price, good location, front desk attendant was courteous, room was a good size, plenty of room. Bathroom was small though and dated, good size refrigerator and small microwave.
Not very clean, housekeeping isn't on top of things. Elevator was disgusting. Continental breakfast was a joke. Stale English muffins, bagels, toast and thawed eggos and 2 toasters, one cup of yogurt (not on ice), and 2 apples. Building is very dated. Didn't even attempt to look at the pool.
Plastic covers over the hallway carpets. Patches over the ceilings wall paper peeling. Key cards didn't always work. Fake balconys.
Bedding, shower curtain, and carpet smelled.
Mold smell in hallways
It was nice that there was a frig and microwave in the room.
The toilet ran and staff didn't fix it or offer an alternate room. The frig also made a tapping noise non stop. The noise between the two kept us up all night. The door handles were coming loose Sll over the hotel. The pillows were terrible. THE Poil area was carpeted and soaked. It felt gross under your feet. The hot tub wasn't very hot either. Breakfast was all frozen pre made waffles and pancakes and the cereal sugary stuff. The coffee wasn't good either.
Had a very small balcony to help with smoking
Had bed bugs
Great value ,friendly service and a great Indian restaurant on site. Not a 5 star but definitely a great value.very clean and comfortable rooms with a modern look.
The bathroom was very clean, the front desk people were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was good, the coffee was good. The hotel was easy to find and was nice and quiet at night. The beds were comfortable and had 4 nice pillows on each bed.
The door to our room was extremely difficult to open and close. The pool was not so nice. It was ok, but my daughter said the water was "weird". The wireless internet strength was very weak.
Vandana Patel was very pleasant and helpful in every way plus smiling and kind. I saw her constantly checking on things at the hotel plus other staff. Weeding, cutting grass and tell us to close doors to keep out dust. I enjoyed the pool and the clean breakfast eating area was always neat.
I was very disappointed to be locked out of my room for over two hours, without my heart medications! Then I had to walk around the hotel trying to get in, when my key would not open the outside doors. I was told by a man that the supervisor said I would be compensated by being given ''two free drinks at the bar''! I am a heart patient and do not drink. I was told the supervisor. Mr. Patel would contact me before I left the hotel. I left my phone numbers with the desk and he is yet to call. For my troubles, I would like to have a night lodging taken off of my hotel bill. Plus, room 405 had ''no phone''! Which is unsafe! Repairs on doors are needed before I recommend this hotel.
We were there for one night only.
not really. The price was right. I problably recommend because of that.
