Helena Motels

Room was roomy. Bathroom is way outdated and has some ugly around the tub/shower. Hallways and foyer of motel are dumpy. The stopper in the tub would not stay up. The tub kept filling up with water during my shower. Parking lot is a dump. One of the entrance doors had broken glass that looked like it was going to fall out at anytime.

Location and staff All of the staff were very helpful, and polite. Carpet in the room was very worn and need to be replaced. An outside door is damaged and the lock has been removed. this is an eye sore but more importantly a safety issue.

Cost Staff was very rude. We went there for one reason and they changed this feature with in 2 months and we did not know. If I would not have made a reservation we would have left and paid a bit more for a motel with a pool. Will not go back.

Woke up to an any infestation. Could not use washroom. No refund, no consideration, will never stay again.

the breakfast was not available during breakfast hours and ran out of food.
