The room was nice, clean and comfortable. It was nice to walk around all the property and see all the plants, flowers and shops. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool in the evenings. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not like that we had to walk so far to get to our room. We parked in self park. There was not anywhere close to drive up our car and unload. We had to bring our luggage from the parking lot to our room which was a very long walk. Every time we left, we had that long walk to our car and then back to the room. I would have been lost and not able to find my way most of the time if my husband, who has a great since of direction, had not been with me.
The hotel is beautiful and has lots of ammenities. Way too many kids unsupervised. Kids throwing shows off balconies and jumping in and out of the hot tub.
After staying a night in a room without a tub, they were willing to switch rooms for us to a room with a tub. The first king room we stayed in didn't have a tub or a microwave. The shower had the hair from whoever stayed there last on the floor which was disgusting. The night before we stayed at a comfort inn for more than half the price to save money and that room was actually much nicer than the Gaylord. Wish I would've just saved the money and stayed at the comfort inn and driven in to the Gaylord to walk around it for a couple hours. Also having to paying $26 a night in parking per vehicle is ridiculous and another way they squeeze you for every fume they can.
The place was amazing eye candy. The gardens and water features are so beautiful. We had a great time walking around throughout the place. The headboard on one of the beds had a few places where the vinyl had peeled off. There was no liner for our ice bucket and underneath the bucket was a hair tie, which leads me to think, the room wasn't cleaned properly. Also didn't like the hidden servic fees tagged on to our bill which where explained as, "that pays for the complimentary wifi, 2 bottled water" and what would seem to be our privilege of walking around and looking at the hotel.
Lots of amenities but all prices were raised to an extreme also had reserved a king bedroom many months prior and was told on arrival that they were all booked suddenly so had to spend and extra 110 each night for an upgraded room
I did like the beauty of the place. Too overpriced for the hotel. The price is ridiculous. Will not be staying here again. I will get a much nicer hotel for the money the next visit to Nashville. Everything is so spread out and I did not get a chance to even walk to the Grand Ole Opry. Room service for 2 people was around $80. I had men's beard clippings in the bathroom. I have stayed in better resort hotels. This 2 day stay cost over $1000!!! Not at all worth the cost.
Parlor room does not include a bed. Just a pull out couch. Shower temps tyre was either freezing or scalding. The smell of whatever cleaner they use was overwhelming. Also charge a $20 mandatory resort fee.
We had excellent service in one of the restaurants. Also, the Christmas decorations were beautiful. It was raining and you couldn't pull up to the overhead shelter to unload your car. They made you park (an obscene $24.00 per day to park) and unload your car and walk to the entrance. They had shut down one of the check in stations just before we arrived, consequently we were probably 50th in line to check in. We arrived around 5:30 p.m. The line was even longer an hour later. Directions to our room (the place is huge) were very confusing and the elevator to our room was out of order. We took the stairs. Also, one of the escalators was out of order as well. Only two pillows per bed. We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express the next night. Four pillows per bed. Smaller room but more comfortable and much less expensive. Will not go back.
Setting, and scenario was very soothing. Ample check in staff so lines moved fairly fast Overpriced rate of hotel + all eating establishments within. MIght as well join up with Disney on pricing models. Resort fee was add-on that doesn't rate for the 2 bottles of water on day one, and internet service hookup. $40 for 2 days, plus I guess holding our bags for 3 hours pre-airport run. Uber your ride to Airport you'll save 100% of their shuttle.

The location was nice close to where I needed to be. There was at least one nice staff member I seen while I was there always had a smile on her face very friendly. I believe she worked the night shift. The floor was filthy turned the bottoms of my feet black the shower area had a stuffy mildew smell. The pool hours could of been longer. The room was dark and the a/c didn't cool the room down much.
Close to airport. Hotel located in cell phone dead zone. Wifi was weak on the back side of hotel. No help from staff. No restaurants nearby for food.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the location was very convenient to the highway. The breakfast was very good each morning and the price point was excellent! A great deal!! Although it looked like some updating and surface remodeling has been done there were some rusty spots near the ac and in the bathroom it from humidity or condensation.
good moring free breakfast kept spraying room deodorizer in room..asked desk to tell house keeping not to use spray in room...poor results..still used spray..on third nite night clerk moved us up stairs to a room that was not sprayed.. I believe that room deodorizer was to cover up the smell of bug killer..did see roach on T.V. cabinet

Breakfast bar in morning was great, rooms were nice. There was very loud noise coming from above our rooms (even could hear in hallway) that couldn't sleep through, but when told front desk was very dismissive saying was highway traffic. No, it was the plumbing from above us we figured out because every time someone above would flush the pipes went crazy. So no sleep for us =( Also our fridge didn't work.
I like that snacks were served in the evening as well as breakfast, the food was good I liked having a small living room in the king bed suite, worked out well to have friends who were staying up the hall hang out in our room clean rooms, liked the lay outs of the king bed suites black out curtains could have been better (able to close all the way) freeway traffic was sort of noisey
The staff was awesome, they were as nice and helpful as possible. It could be cleaner, (disguised with dark colors and decorations).
I appreciated the staff. I checked in the weekend of the Women's Final Four. It was extremely busy. But the front desk was exceptionally helpful and professional. They worked hard to accommodate a change in my room selection, when it did not appear to be a possibility as they were fully booked. Within 30 minutes of check-in they had taken care of my request. I really appreciated their "going the extra mile" to make our stay special. I also really liked the location. We parked the car and walked over downtown. The capitol is a few blocks away and the Davidson County Courthouse. These areas offer lots of green space. We would definitely stay here again.

Location Booked a king room, but when we checked in they gave us a room with two double beds. I had the reservation confirmation that showed a king room, but they said they had no king beds available. They did not offer to give us a discount, but "upgraded" us to a double room that had two bottles of water, a candy bar, bag of chip, bag of snack mix and two drink vouchers.
I was woke up shortly after 5am by the construction crew banging with sirens and screaming. It was horrible. The hotel said they didn't know ahead of time a complete lie the building next door has been being built for over a year i found out. The wake up call (not that i got any sleep) was a half hour earlier than requested. Room service was horrible the food was not good and it took over an hour (nearly an hour and a half) to get a club sandwich. The delivery girl pandered for a tip suggesting there was no tip already included and telling me how people weren't answering the door when she was trying to deliver food. I tipped her only to find out room service charges 21% tip built into the bill plus a delivery fee of $2.50 on top of that. The room had a barely working toilet, some of the lights did not work, the fridge had no adjustment and would freeze everything solid, the fan in the bathroom was, also not working. Valet parking guys were great very friendly and professional. $35 per day is awfully high for valet at a hotel that has no parking at all to accommodate their guests except the valet option or you can go drive around downtown and find a public lot. I stayed in a suite that i paid extra for. I would highly recommend this valet service but i wouldn't stay at this hotel until the construction next door is finished at the vet least. I will not stay here again.

We loved the quick easy check in and the complimentary breakfast buffet! Omelets were made to order and delivered to our table, and the wait staff couldn't be nicer! They even asked if we were finished eating before breaking down the buffet...for those of us with sleepy teenagers this was a real plus! We picked this hotel because it was located downtown and we like to be in walking distance of tourist attractions when we travel. Location was good, but be aware that this hotel is located up the hill from the downtown area...and it's a pretty steep hill! For women wearing heels it can be a bit of a challenge!

Location to Broadway, in-house Starbucks and bar. The windows were leaking because they were poorly sealed which leaked condensation and the wall paint was peeling because of the moisture. The room smelled like a locker room because of the mold growth. We paid to be close to Broadway but I expected the room wouldn't smell like a locker room and have black mold. Thank god we didn't have to spend much time in the room. If we didn't have the mold and the stench, stay would have been great.
Very nice accomodations... walking distance to all the activities on broadway street... restaurants, pubs, tourist shops and nightlife! We checked in hours before the blizzard hit and the highways shut down... Hotel staff was very limited, but did their very best to accomodate our every need. The lounge is adequate... a limited but very good menu. And live music at night. Clean room and friendly staff... whats not to like???

I have never stayed at a filthier place in my life. It turns out that they gave me a room that had not been turned over from the last guest. Yes, I slept in a bed with sheets from the last guest! When they found out about this it took them 4 hours to clean the room. STAY A WAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely nothing. The conference I had to attend. But the hotel had nothing to do with that!

Check in and check out was nice and easy. Most of cleaning staff did not speak English. Had a hornets nest outside the balcony, very unpleasant. Bathroom could of been cleaner. No continental breakfast.
We only stayed one night but we enjoyed our stay immensely. The bed was huge and comfortable. The room was clean and bug free. The indoor pool and hot tub were both clean and not super busy while we were there. The facility is beautiful. Highly recommend! No continental breakfast but there is breakfast available for purchase (no review on the food, as we are elsewhere).
The rooms where clean, staff was very friendly will most definitely be staying again. The pillows was great and fluffy but once you head hit them it went flat.

The location was the best part of the stay for us. The staff was not very friendly and we were constantly having to ask housekeeping to bring things to our room that they forgot to leave. We also felt the cost was pretty hight compared to other hotels in the same vicinity.

booked for the distance to downtown Nashville, so very walkable, very safe; however, had we realized that the CMA had just occurred two days earlier, we probably would have booked earlier than we did and been able to find something more affordable and just as convenient. given that we were already paying $350 for just 2 double beds, there was a $15 charge for internet service and $28 for parking (or $32 for valet parking). We parked at an outdoor lot just down the street and so saved $8 a day; the room was not very spacious and just had one chair to sit in other than the two double beds.

The hotel recently underwent a 25 million dollar renovation and it was impressive! The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfy and we had a great view of the city! With such a massive renovation, I would expect fabulous bathrooms. And they were not. At all. The worst part of our stay was having to pay $30 to park our car on top of the $240 we paid for the room. That alone is enough to make me hose another hotel next time I stay in downtown Nashville!

Overall good place to stay because of location, could get a better deal on price. Helpful staff. When I first tried to check in, they somehow had my reservation for the wrong dates. This was amended once I showed them my confirmation email. Building and facilities were a bit drab and dated.

The beds were super comfortable, the rooms seemed to be updated to a more modern theme, and the location is perfect for checking out everything in downtown Nashville. It is easy to hear people coming back from the bars around 2am and their room doors slamming shut. Also, their were metal platforms on the roadway out front and every time a vehicle ran over them, the loud noise could be heard and we were on the 12th floor. It was very hard to sleep with the noise.
The location was perfect. There's plenty of night life & food options within walking distance. The room was clean & customer service was great. The Bridge Bar was great for meeting up before heading out. The breakfast buffet was pricey but most are. The food was good. The fitness area had suitable. I would stay here again.

The staff at your front desk and valet were great! Very friendly and helpful. The ironing board did not have good padding and my shirt had an imprint of the actual board on it. The iron also leaked water all over.
They upgraded us to the private/penthouse floor upon arrival. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds and a great shower with an endless amount of hot water. Right in the middle of everything downtown. And an onsite Starbucks!! A little pricey. Just to valet the car for one night was $35!

The hotel is very clean, staff very friendly, beds very comfortable. Location is perfect to all the excitement of downtown. The hotel does not offer free wifi. You have to pay by the day, and at the high nightly rate they charge it should be complimentary.

Bed was comfortable, it was quiet. The check in guy at the front I thought was rude. There were random stains on the curtains, walls, and ironing board. I thought the price was too high for the quality. If it were 200 for 2 nights instead of 300 I thought that would've been more fitting. Might as well stay in a la quinta
The staff working there are very accommodating and friendly. I got to the hotel early the first day and was directed to the free breakfast and allowed to store my bags for free. Breakfast was great! Mini pancake machine along with waffles and eggs. The room was large and comfortable. The location was convenient but not as convenient as some of the other hotels downtown. (I like walking around so it was a bit out of the way returning home in the evening by foot.)

Breakfast was good if you get there early enough. Staff was nice. Decor was modern and stylish. Breakfast area was really hot. Ice bucket was dirty. Noisy at night. Other guests and sounded like dumpsters outside were being emptied by garbage truck. Industrial area.

The staff was very friendly. Our flight didn't leave until later in the day so they allowed us to hang out at the pool which was really great. The airport shuttle ran right on time and we didn't have to wait long at all to get to the hotel. The room was a little small so it was hard to move around with three adults staying in one room.

Our room was amazing... Stayed in the premium king suite...bed was beautiful and comfy... Furniture was very eclectic, bathroom very clean, overall romantic... Had a keurig coffee pot and stocked mini bar ( which we just stared at it because the drinks and snacks were so expensive . We really enjoyed the bar downstairs , Masons. The staff was amazing. Took very good care of us. We were very lucky to have got this room for such a great pricel on kayak.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It is right across the street from Vanderbilt University which was great for morning walks around their campus. The hotel is also within walking distance to some great unique restaurants in Nashville. It is also an easy drive to downtown. The staff was very welcoming and the valet service was quick and professional. Our room was clean and in good shape. Hallways were very quiet at night. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The ambience was calm and structured which made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. The staff was always eager to assist when the concierge wasn't available. I really appreciated sitting down to check in, it's not something I would normally consider but it is well worth it. The rooms were spotless and I had room 1515 with an outlook on downtown. The sheets were clean and I sunk into the down comforter. The shower and bathroom soaps were to die for, I actually bought some of it I enjoyed it so much. I had to travel to the Java station for a simple coffee instead of allowing for my own in the room. However I'd gladly do it again for the other commodities to be available.

The service was fantastic from the moment I checked in until the time I left. The front desk, bar, maintenance and cleaning staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The fitness center was very nice with a variety of equipment. Very close to downtown!
First hotel room to have a mobile lighted make-up mirror. One can place it on the desk and sit down to apply make-up. Fabulous! Nothing.
We planned on going to New York or Chicago when my wife suggested Nashville. I immediately thought of honky tonks and country music, but I'm into new things and so we set a course to Nashville. There were several Hotel options, and we pick the Hutton because it seem to apeal to us more so than the others when we saw the website. we were not disappointed. We had a great time.

It was what we needed since we were only in town for the night and just needed a place close to the bars before crashing. Shower was dirty, random amenities fee, and bed was not the best.
Free breakfast was great and the Shuttle for local are drop offs was pretty cool too. The shuttle didnt go very far or run late enough.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Just a couple blocks from downtown, so you don't really have to drive anywhere. The decor was a little dated, but that didn't affect the comfort or the overall stay. That was really my only beef.

THe hotel is on Broadway and up the hill from the Honky Tonks but well within walking distance -- and in any event it has a free shuttle service operating to and from the hotel within a two mile radius. In American terms the included breakfast was both good and included plenty of choice - both hot and cold.The rooms are a good size and the staff are extremely helpful. The temperatures when we were there exceeded 100 each day so the outdoor pool was just the job. Finally there is plenty of on site car parking.

- The front desk staff were always pleasant. Asked if everything was to my liking, smiled constantly, and were very knowledgeable. - The décor of the hotel is GORGEOUS. The lobby alone makes you feel like a rock star, but the rooms make you feel cozy. - I recommend using room service or going down into the in-house restaurant/bar. You won't be disappointed with any choice. I ordered brunch to be brought to my room and it was delicious. - They're pet-friendly! For only a small fee, I was able to bring my cat into the room with me. The staff didn't mind that I brought her litter box into the room either. The lovely lady that brought me the in-room brunch even got down and gave my cat some attention while I paid the tip. My minor complaints/suggestions: - I wish they'd provide a microwave and/or mini fridge in the room. That way, if you don't finish your food or drinks, you can store/reheat them. - I recommend to ask if the room they're booking you for is by the elevators. My room (which I booked online) was directly across from them and I could hear them. This didn't disturb me too much, but it might to a light sleeper. Extra tip: They are doing some light construction in the bldg. They let you know the hours that it'll be happening. This didn't bother me at all though. I was more than understanding. - I wish their parking lot accommodated for traveling movers. It was difficult to find proper parking for a Uhaul towing a vehicle. The lot was nicely lit (thank you!) but they may want to consider making a specific area for larger loads. There's plenty of parking for smaller/single vehicles.
I literally don't have one negative thing to say. Super friendly front desk. Super cool decor. Super comfy bedding. Super nice toiletries. Super clean EVERYTHING....bathroom floor, tub, sink, linens, carpet, windows, remote control, ironing board cover....EVERYTHING was ridiculously clean (the cleaning staff must be crazy good). I actually miss it...that's weird, right?! Will ABSOLUTELY stay again anytime I'm in Nashville. Love love.
We had a concern for bed bugs in our room and asked for management to come check out the situation. No one ever came up. They did suggest we change rooms, but never heard another word. When I asked if the situation was resolved, there was no note on our stay and they said the room was rented out the following night. Very poor service with regards to this potential health issue.

Stayed at hotel for layover to catch early flight out of Nashville. Rooms in serious need of updating. Bed very uncomfortable. Staff was nice. Iconic layout ok if that is what one is looking for. Doors between rooms not insulated and could hear noise from adjacent room. Poor value but stayed only because Nashville booked up for CMT festival.
They have found their niche for having unique offerings like a spiritual and pillow menu. The staff was also very friendly and responsive. I enjoyed all aspects of my stay. No complaints.
Staff was friendly! Cool artwork. Used to be a radisson. Hallways are kinda dim but that's about it.
The staff was very good and accommodating. We had 3 rooms and they were able to get 2 rooms next to each other and the other down the hall on the same floor. Everything was clean and safe. It is older. They have obviously made some remodeling efforts in the years. There was construction on the same floor as ours (but it did not impact our stay). The water pressure and water temperature was very inconsistent.

The rooms, décor, the art... Basically the environment as a whole had a European vibe which I liked about it. I love that it wasn't a huge chain like Marriott or Hilton. Those places have no character. This one does. Also, it seems to be the place that traveling musicians like to stay (no matter the genre). I'd recommend it to my friends with no hesitation. The restaurant has a very limited menu, is slightly rude when you call to ask them about it and is more expensive than it should be. Not a big deal since Nashville is loaded with awesome restaurants. Their loss.

The staff was amazing and super helpful! Everything was clean and nicely remodeled! The hotel has zero parking you have to pay to park which was very expensive!
The location is great for proximity to downtown and Vanderbilt. The bar and lobby areas are nice. Bartenders were friendly and had good wine suggestions. There was a wedding on Saturday that took over the entire lobby for much of the day and night, so that cut down on our enjoyment. Friday night we enjoyed having a glass of wine in the lobby while listening to live music and waiting to meet friends for dinner. The shower stall was old and had mold and mildew stains in the grout. We were awakened several times during the night by people passing through in the hall. They weren't being excessively noisy; it seems to be a design flaw. I much prefer the Hutton. Even the Loews is better.

The room was great and beautiful. Old location to the Nashville night life The two staff members who "greeted" me were ridiculous. It was a man and woman at the front who were eye rolling at guests, being short and sighing at requests. Coming from a hospitality background it blew my mind. However I believe I saw the manager the next morning in the breakfast area and he was very nice and attentive to his guests.
I went up on business, was very surprised on the cleanliness of the hotel, as well as ease of access to the interstate and closeness to the grand ole opry it was very pleasant overall experience. The shuttle to downtown only takes cash and its $10 a person. It would be nice if they included the shuttle in the hotel stay.
Hotel was clean, fresh, with good space in the suites. Breakfast was okay, not excellent. Wi-fi was a little slower than I expected. But overall we were pleased with the stay
Location Our online checkin was fine. But we requested one bed on high floor. Placed in a room with double beds and 4th floor. There were no pictures on wall, dresser had 2 drawers that you could see in( open), no couch or chairs, no bedspread, mattress was lumpy and slanted downward toward headboard, and room was cold when we arrived. We asked about this, desk clerk said they were renovating. We were not aware of this and could not cancel reservation. We were ready to leave and lose our money. Will never stay here again or recommend this hotel.

The room was nice, it had plenty of power outlets, a nice TV, a safe for your valuables, good water pressure, and the room was very clean. From day 1 I had to deal with noises from renovations going on right outside my door. This was slightly annoying but I could have looked past it were it not for the other issues that occurred the same weekend of my trip. The second day the water heaters all broke and I couldn't get hot water in my room until past noon. The third day the power went out for half of the morning. Overall a very frustrating stay.

When requested to have two pair of slacks cleaned, the staff mentioned they were forced to offer cleaning by the Best Western hotel chain, but they had to add $50.00 to each item, due to incoinvienece. Why offer it in the first place.
Generally, it was comfortable, convenient and moderately priced. Breakfast was OK. The staff that was supposed to clean the room etc, did not do so 3X and once they started knocking on the door at 8:30 am to clean the room. They apparently don't understand that the hanging card on the door has 2 sides which tell them whether to clean the room or if the guest wants privacy. Desk staff said they did not clean rooms July 4 because staff "worked 1/2 day on the 4th."I tried calling the front desk on 3 different days. They never answered the phone.

The fact that they advertise indoor and outdoor pool and neither one were available on that weekend with 80° weather disappointed.... Dirty and outdated but the beds were quite comfortable and the showerhead great water pressure
The staff was nice. We flew in late and needed somewhere close to the airport and had reservations at a nicer hotel downtown the next day. Not much was available at this point (last minute change to our schedule). This was the highest rated for something less than 200 bucks. It said it was smoke free. The room reeked of smoke. The curtains wouldn't shut all the way, so the street light kept us up. Not to mention it was creepy knowing people could see in. If you like a breakfast full of sugar, then they have you covered. The bathroom in the room was so gross, there was a dark brown film covering everything. We all forwent showers as that seemed cleaner than getting in there. Luckily we checked in to our other hotel a few hours later. The sheets didn't seem too fresh either. I realize this is a Super 8 Motel.. you can't expect much, which we weren't. We just wanted somewhere cheap to crash for a few hours after being delayed 4 hours. However, I do expect a smoke free room if thats whats advertised, some privacy, and a clean bathroom. Ew stay elsewhere.

Nice rooms and hotel staff is very professional Parking is expensive. Given the cost of parking in the area, it is heavy handed.
Location We only had one towel in our bathroom. No one was available to get us more. ? We paid for a Parthenon view and received a parking lot view. The air conditioning did not get below 77 degrees. Very small room. Extremely disappointed for what we paid, and what we were promised.
This hotel was fantastic. Very friendly staff, lots of activities for the family, perfectly located to great attractions. The shuttle to downtown was not only convenient but so easy to use. Great place!!!
Liked having a kitchen and small living room We were harassed about going to a timeshare meeting. She would hardly take no for an answer. They called the room everyday trying to get us to go even though we said we were not interested. If it wasn't for the push on the timeshare liked the facilities.

The hotel room was perfect. It had everything you needed. Loved having the washer and dryer. Very clean. Landscape was very nice. Staff was not very friendly.
The staff was very outgoing and checked to make sure that I had what I wanted. The TV was out 2 of the 3 days we were there. It was a little disappointing.

Everything! The employees were so nice and welcoming. I interacted with a manager that I believe, and he was so fun and made me even more excited for our stay! The only thing I could say is I tried to call twice for separate issues ans questions before we had left and left messages and no one answered or returned my call.
Location, quiet, great bed, nice laundry in-suite. Needed a small amount of maintenance.

The room was very spacious and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The multiple pools and play area were also nice. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. To resolve booking issues I had to go through a partner company in Singapore, that was a nightmare! Also, the 'Nashville Resort' is the same as the 'Wyndham Resort' but each has a different listing, rating and price on the website. Check in took 30 min!
