Pros: Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: They were unable to give us the size car I had reserved and it was hard to find the drop-off point at Oslo Airport. That may not be Hertz's fault!

Cons: Even though we attached flight they ignored the time we land and gave our car away. We were forced to take 210% more expensive car.
Pros: The pick-up was simple and efficient. The car was brand new and operated well. The drop-off was quick and easy.

Cons: Had aim early morning flight out of Stavanger and Hertz was not open and could not find a drop off box for the keys. After several inquiries someone was finally able to direct me to correct location.

Cons: The representative at Hertz uncharged me more than double what I initially paid, by claiming that I reserved an electric car and switching my reservation, even though my original rental agreement made no mention of electric vehicles. This was an unpleasant and costly experience.
Cons: The car was ideified with a scratch on the drivers side at pick up but the picture was of the passengers side. A little confusing thinking the car has healed itself.
Cons: Had car problems and got ZERO help. When I complained they didn’t answer. Hate to think what they’ll do re billing. Never using them again PeterDobos
Booked 'Compact' series car, recieved electric due to no inventory
Cons: Booked a compact series car for honeymoon. Arrived and was told I had booked a 'Green series compact (electric car)' (which clearly my confirmation proves is false). There was absolutely no inventory of gasoline vehicles at all (not even vans), and each local location told me there was nothing they could do and to call a different one. After wasting several hours on vacation trying to get assistance (had over 800 miles to drive, where there didn't exist any chargers for vehicle; electric was not possible to use), ended up booking a gasoline vehicle from a different company. Immediately returned car early, and was told I couldn't get any sort of refund. Ended up wasting a lot of time & money on a car which I did not book, when it was no mistake of my own. My booking was altered due to a lack of inventory, and I didn't get the car originally booked. Was told this was due to my mistake and was taken advantage of when I displayed proof of what was originally booked.
Price quote was misleading
Pros: The pickup was easy to find and they had a nice vehicle ready to go.
Cons: Although my paperwork clearly said I had prepaid for a one-way rental, they took a large deposit for an additional drop charge. When I questioned it, they said I would have to take it up with customer service at the drop-off location.
