The flight itself was fine, food was expired and gross, staff were mostly amazing! KLM messed up rebooking for our first two flights that got cancelled and we almost didn’t make it to Amsterdam for an additional two days
I think I previously submitted my feedback about flight lead Katherine in a different field by mistake. Please see those comments. Comments for Hyd to AMS are it was good. The flight lead and service met expectations for satisfactory high quality service but the flight lead did not stand out as exceptional as did the leads on the other two flights so I don’t remember anything specific one way or the other besides the fact I was satisfied.
Had to cancel and rebook, KLM connection was cancelled prior to departure, ended up flying to Munich on non-Delta carrier.
The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members
They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.
My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!
Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!
Overall very positive. Boarding was quick and organized. Cabin was clean and seats were reasonably comfortable. Cabin crew was excellent and the meals provided were also of good quality
This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any
Gate agents call groups one and two and give about 3-5 minutes for each group to board, then the call groups three and four together and it causes a bottleneck in the line. Give each group 3-5 minutes to board before calling the next group.
We sat at the gate for over 30 minutes, with no indication as to why
I didn't really interact with any of the crew since we had a bumpy ride and no refreshments were distributed.
It was delayed over an hour and a lot of announcements disrupting movie.
My flight experience was generally good, but the boarding process was stressful. I was pulled out of line at the gate during the photo ID check, and after being cleared, I was never given an explanation for the delay despite asking for clarification. This lack of communication was the only downside to an otherwise smooth trip.
I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.
Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight
WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience
The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!

Everything was perfect. I would’ve liked better selections for entertainment, but I slept most of the time, so it wasn’t really an issue.
Short flight in an Embraier. Business class seats didn't have leg room, but the rest of the upgraded amenities were great -- priority boarding, great in-flight meal, etc. No wifi nor entertainment, but that's fine for a 1.5hr flight.

Terrible customer service. The flight attendants were rude. We experienced significant turbulence for a large portion of the flight and there was very little check in from the flight deck. The space was extremely limited to the point where it felt like torture. Never again
Baggage was mis-handled; food and grocery items in the baggage were damaged.
It was a good flight. Everyone was professional and the flight was smooth.
Service, food was outstanding. They make every effort to make sure that your long flight is as comfortable as possible. The only reason I did not rate them excellent is the way they handled our cancelled flight. They were great about re-booking except for the hotel. A communication breakdown ensued regarding who was booking the hotel for our overnight stay: the city where the flight was cancelled or the city where we were going to lay over for the night. In the end, neither of them did, so we ended up doing it ourselves and were extremely lucky to get a room at all. Given that, I still would not hesitate to fly with them anytime.
No TV screen, free WiFi or power outlets, but seats were comfortable, food and drinks were great, service was awesome!
Best airline to travel on a budget- really like their reasonably priced access to the SAS lounges where available.
Although the flight from JFK to Keflavik is not inexpensive, Iceland Air offers nothing but water, no soft drinks, to passengers without a charge. The seats are uncomfortable, there is no leg room, and there was no available internet to purchase.

We got to the runway and had to go back to terminal to have plane worked on, which is fine, but the 40 minute connecting flight was already gone because of this delay and had to wait 5 hours to get on a different flight and only got a meal voucher which I didn’t see the email until after I had already ordered and paid for food. I feel I should be compensated.
Kayak moved my flight up 9 hours although I had another flight with Kayak from Iceland, which meant I could not catch the changed flight. This resulted in having to get a hotel overnight. I had to arrange the changes through the airline directly because the Kayak site was not user friendly.
Hard to figure out how to put back the seat, how to get the entertainment, how to upload passport docs. Also, a warning in the airport that food was all for purchase would have been helpful.
Horrible. My dad was recently hospitalized and diagnosed with lymphoma and Icelandair refused to refund flight even though I had a letter from his physician.
The WiFi wasn’t working, so no one could watch any entertainment for 5 hours. The plane also was delayed and did not leave, nor did the staff prioritize those with connecting flights to de-board first. Everyone with a connecting flight to Munich missed their flight by 5 minutes. Then the next flight to Munich was 14 hours later. The airport could not compensate us because the closest hotel was about 2 hours away. This did not seem like the truth. I was not pleased with this traveling experience.
I DO NOT recommend Iceland air...missed connecting flight.....paid for isle seat upgrade for health reasons...had to do that over....baggage left in the rain so clothes got soaked other items ruined....called customer * dont care* service
The ticket was reserved in my name but not paid for by underpricer. Alaska airlines was unable to issue my ticket (could not connect the ticket with the PNR) due to an error with underpricer and I spent the better part of 2 hours at the ticket counter trying to rectify.

Lufthansa was great. Crew on board excellent. Frankfort passport control horrible it took about two hours to get through. After waiting in line for hours there was a discussion with the passenger in front of me that was taking forever. The couple behind me had a connecting flight to Turkey in 30 minutes and asked border control officer of her situation and the control officer told the couple in a nasty tone if you don’t like it you can go to another line which would have surely made her miss the flight. Border patrol officers were not helpful. Finally made it through I had to exit and reentry for security check for my connecting flight which Lufthansa changed gates and I had to run to get to A60. Which it seemed 2 kilometers to get to but I made it. If i fid not have 2.5 hrs layover i would have missed my connecting flight to Milan. Not sure if I will fly through Frankfort in the future.
TV wasn’t working, flight attendants never came when turning on the light, luggage was delayed and when delivered it was broken. No suitcase for the rest of our 2 week trip with no response when claimed filed
Lost our luggage, now two days and four $30 each taxi trips to airport and long lines in taxi queue because Lufthansa didn’t get it right, by not recognizing new delays between flights caused byEU new lengthy crossing requirements for non EU travelers, so luggage lost because traditionally methodical and orderly Germans not paying attention.
When our flight was canceled and rebooked, my husband's meal request was not transfered. As a result, there was nothing he could eat for dinner and breakfast on the new flight, save a side salad and roll.
I was booked to travel from Dallas to Nairobi via Chicago and Brussels and had been issued boarding passes for all three segments of my journey. At the boarding gate in Dallas, I was required to check my carry-on luggage due to limited cabin space. Despite my attempts to explain that I was traveling internationally and would not have access to the bag during transit, my concerns were not considered. I also informed the staff that I did not have a padlock to secure the luggage, but this was disregarded. Consequently, I had to hastily transfer essential items from my carry-on into my handbag. Unfortunately, the onboard experience on the Chicago to Brussels flight further reinforced my dissatisfaction. The cabin crew appeared disengaged, indifferent, and lacking in attentiveness, resulting in a service experience that fell well below my expectations.

I liked the crew services inside the flight, but not the one checking me in. She was not nice, a very bad listerner, and arrogant. More listening to understand the customer's problems would help.
