Pros:The lady that was there May 25, 2019 in the evening was very rude. After treating us poorly she began by yelling at me for not cooperating. She had already sold our pre-contracted cars to people earlier in the day. Anyone in a position to let her go should. She is chasing business away!Cons:Not sold our car to customers earlier in the day to make a profit and then try to force less than desirable different cars on the customer for a greater price.Reviewed Jun 2 2019

Small parking lot and pressure to buy insurancePros:I got a really good rate on a four-door car. At that time no other rental car agency came even close to the price I got from Hertz.Cons:I felt very pressured when picking up the car to purchase additional insurance. I didn't do it; however it was suggested more than three times. Also, the parking lot is extremely crowded with cars going every direction. During the peak times it is difficult to move, so give yourself time.Reviewed Dec 26 2017

Beware of insurance policiesPros:Car was ok. Would have preferred white rather than black in tropical climate. Short lines but was a little walk from terminal.Cons:They insisted we must get liability insurance despite the fact that both our insurance company and our credit card covered us completely. Also they don't emphasize that there is a $50 fee if any sand is left in the car. Which was impossible not to have on an island.Reviewed May 21 2017

Bring your receiptPros:We were helped very quickly, quickest rental car pickup we have EVER had on the island. Guys worked quick and were polite.Cons:They tried to charge us far more than our booked price. Thankfully I printed the confirmation and they then honored our reserved price.
