Cons: Things were great. I did get nervous that my car wasn’t available but the staff there made it go over smoothly. If I had to be knit-picky, I had to wait 15 minutes for my car to get prepped and ready.

Cons: I didn't like that in spite of telling them I didn't pre-pay and I didn't want to pre-pay my gas, they did it anyway. So I ended up paying 40 extra dollars. Won't rent from Hertz again.

Cons: They had NO cars. From what I learned they never do. There are two locations run by the same people botwith NO cars! And I paid this site $18 for insurance on a car that I never got.

Pros: Everything went smoothly, including pickup and dropoff. I was charged the amount that was promised.
Cons: Rental car prices in this area has gone up over the years, more than inflation. I don't like that, but in the current market I got a very good rate from Gilroy Hertz.

Pros: The car was available when promised and the pickup and drop off experience was smooth.
Cons: The car needed to be vacuumed. I had to vacuum it myself which I shouldn't have had to do.
