Returning the car was very confusingPros:The car. Very comfortable, fun to drive, great featuresCons:Returning the car after hours was very confusing. We didn't have a code for the garage and had to wait until someone else came along with the code. Also the self serve kiosk was behind a gate so we couldn't access it. Choosing car by location on Kayak's map didn't worPros:The car rental itself was great!Cons:I showed up to the location I chose from the map (Gothenburg central station) however somehow my reservation had been made for the airport, which I didn't check at the time. So I had to get a taxi to the airport at 11pm and called the hertz employee to stay past her hours.Reviewed Oct 25 2016
