The airport counter was quick, but then there was only one employee at the next level to give out the cars. The line was 15-20 people long and there did not actually seem to be any cars in the parking lot. People in the front of the line had been waiting a half hour to talk to the one employee. Well, as you know, we’ve had some problems getting flights to go out on time and my flight was canceled. And facing long lines I decided I’ll wait for it to settle down and go another time so Frontier refunded my money hotel zero refunded my money. what did the car company I contracted through? You do charge me money $200 to cancel a $350 reservation. Do you think I’m coming back to use you again?Reviewed Mar 24 2026
