Cons:Wring car, didnt care, no discount, then the crappy wrong car had NO GAS in the tank. Took it back next day ans went with Avis. Now i am still being billed for Hertz.Reviewed Jul 14 2020

Cons:I was told there was no car available for me and that I could wait to see if they had anything the next day. Then they were shocked i wanted to cancel the reservation. I had planned a cross country trip and needed to leave early in the morning the next day. So I was left scrambling to find another car from another business. Luckily the Budget counter had something for me and they were able to help me out. Now I know to go to Budget instead of Hertz in the future.Reviewed Jul 6 2020
