Cons: The agent at the check in counter did not appear prepared or informed and presented information that was false. He tried to impose incorrect pick up/drop off terms of my rental even after I had made previous arrangements with them.

Cons: Well after inspecting for damages checking out the entire car all seemed well. I got home and found the registration sticker expired 4 months earlier. I was not pleased!!!
That should be on the checkoff list, too worried about dents, scratches, any defect I could be charged for didn't notice the expired sticker.
Had a few snags trying to get a replacement car but all worked out in the end. Luckily I was renting the car locally and not driving any long distance worrying I was going to be ticketed in every town.
Great experience and customer service
Pros: Jerrod was very professional, car was comfortable, they enforce no smoking and it was not a perfumed car, rates were reasonable and car overall was nice. Might have needed a tiny more detail.to cleaning, but overall very good.
Cons: This is a stupid system area one is allowed to reserve a car… And it looks like there is a car to be reserved… But when you make your way, finally, to the rental car location… How often they actually don’t have a car for you, and have never had a car for you. This is totally totally stupid.

Cons: I rented the vehicle online a week in advance to get a call 2 days before leaving to be told that the vehicle I wanted to rent was not available at any close location and wanted to give me a full size vehicle which was smaller than what I wanted for the same price, no discount or consideration for the mistake that was made. Need better communication if they are going to offer rentals thru other websites connected to them regarding what is available and what is not!!! Will not be going back here any time soon!!!
