Cons: When I picked the rental up in New York excellent customer service! When i dropped the car off ithe customer service was rude and I had been charged for not a full tank of gas when there was! So I was charged more due to they marked it not a full tank! That was in fort hood Texas
Pros: Rocco at Hertz Oneonta was very helpful and courteous. He gave me a lift home after returning the car 2 hours from the time of my rental in Albany.
