my rental through you did not work. i paid through expedia and hertz had no record of my payment and i spent an hour in their office eventually having to get expeida giving me a refund and had to go directly through hertz to pay. it was terrible. this method did not work at all.Reviewed Oct 26 2025

Person at counter was unclear about getting a transponder. I asked him if only certain lanes required a transponder and he didn't reply. The Jeep got terrible fuel economy and had a small rear cargo space for such a big car. There was insufficient signage to understand where to park the car to return it.Reviewed Oct 23 2025

The person helping at pick up was very nice. The vehicle was good. However, when I booked the car online, I paid $71.99 rental & $18 insurance in advance. When I was sent my final receipt, I was charged $213. We rented the car for less than 8 hours & the total was over $300 for a standard SUV. If this amount is correct, I'm very frustrated this total wasn't disclosed upon renting. Now I have to spend time trying to contact Hertz to discuss or dispute charges.Reviewed Oct 21 2025
