Pros:The price was good.
Cons:The location is very difficult to find. There are no Hertz signs and it is inside of a service station. Took a while to find the spot. The car we rented could have been cleaner and one of the tires was bald and this made the car shake on our ride. Also, the gas wasn't full when we got it, it was a few notches below but I had to return it full. Hertz does not allow spouses to drive which many other rental agencies allow. We had a long four hour drive, it would have been nice to trade off but we only were allowed one driver.

Cons:This Hertz is located at a car dealer which is under renovation. Just a bit of a hassle right now but to no fault of Hertz agent.

Pros:The staff was friendly and polite but understaffed. I have never had to wait a total of 45 mins to pick up a scheduled reservation.

Pros:Reid, the manager of this location was very pleasant and helpful.
Cons:My tire pressure light went on 3 days after I picked my car up. At that point, it was Sunday and the location that I picked it up from was closed. Customer service was not helpful. They suggested that I drive to Ft. Myers (almost 1 hr. away) on a compromised tire, on Mother's Day...to remediate the issue. They wouldn't send roadside assistance and they wouldn't transport a different car to Naples airport so that I could exchange my somewhat dangerous vehicle for a safe vehicle. They didn't even offer me a credit of any sort for this problem!!!

Pros:The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Pick up and drop off were both easy. Will definitely rent again from them.
Cons:Service was excellent, don't need to improve anything at this time. Only thing needed is updated signs at the location I rented from as they had recently become a Hertz and their signs still said thrifty.

Pros:Everyone was very nice and seemed happy to help.
Cons:I reserved a truck 3 weeks prior to the date I needed the vehicle and the day before I am to pick it up I get a call from them saying they don’t have a truck, never did and never will. I got a truck due to the fact I had lots of luggage and gifts for the holidays to haul. I was given a midsize suv instead which did not even come close to holding everything. Very very disappointed about this.

Cons:Had to wait 20 mins to get the car. The first car they brought out didn't have but a quarter tank of gas so they had to exchange for a new one, do new paperwork. Otherwise all was fine.

Cons:I PREPAID MY ENTIRE RESERVATION AND STUPID HERTZ WOULD NOT LET ME PICK UP THE VEHICLE BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD TO MAKE A STUPID SECURITY DEPOSIT AT PICKUP. THEY COULD HAVE USED MY DEBIT CARD AND RAN IT AS A CREDIT CARD. I AM NEVER BOOKING WITH THEM AGAIN. I NEVER EVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH ENTERPRISE.
