When I booked the Hertz car they booked me at a downtown location and not the airport. I had never been to Kansas City so I just assumed the location was off site and I would take a tram from the airport. When I got to the Hertz desk at the airport they said I was in the wrong place and they had no cars that I could rent. By the time I got into town they told me they had given my car away and they did not have a car for me. They said they would try to get me one the following day and they would call me. They never did. A terrible way to treat a Hertz Gold member.

Poor costumer service. Rude. No clear communication. Agent told us to they were going to let us know when our car was ready, but they gave our car to someone else and skipped our turn in the waiting list. Worst experience I have ever had renting a car. 1 Northside Piers, Brooklyn.

Reserved a car on the app, went to pick it up at Union Station (in sub-zero temperatures of Washington DC) and they told us they had no cars. We were told this happens all the time. How is this permitted to continue?

Loved the Toyota Yaris Hybrid they provided to me. Such great mileage, and comfortable. Good value for the money. But I have not yet received my bond refund. Curious about the delay?

Hertz did not honour CWD insurance; had to purchase total coverage from Hertz Hidden fees added (airport surcharge) Not enough shuttles, had to wait for over half hour for shuttle Price ended up being way higher that Kayak estimate

I reserved a Mazda three. They stuck me with a 12 person passenger van.

With a 3 day rental + full insurance , the bill was $440. They held $1440 on my card. I returned the car on time (2 hours early) with no damage. I chose to pay the bill with cash. They said the $1440 hod would be removed . It was over a week ago and there the charge is still on that credit card. Please fix this.

Unexpected and unexplained mandatory insurance fee of 14USD/day made the hidden cost a sour taste in our mouths. Initially booked with Hertz because online we were given a price that appeared to be a good deal. Disappointed….
