Cons:I’ve never ever ever had a deposit of over 700 dollars helps for the car. Whole experience with the company was sketchy with tons of hidden fees. Will never rent with Hertz again.
Pros:The staff were pleasant in Sevilla.
Cons:Driving in Spain is a little difficult as it is, but add to it that they refused to acknowledge or accept the insurance I purchased on Kayak and charged nearly 50 Euro per day for super coverage (average 30) was outrageous.
Cons:Long line at pick up because agent was spending too much time trying to up sell.
Cons:Ended up being twice as expensive as original price and we were forced to buy insurance etc.

Cons:Pushy scare tactic sell job to take insurance, despite having premium rental insurance policy. Tripled the cost of the rental.
Cons:I was not given back the deposit for the fuel although I returned the car with full tank (as no one was at the airport to pick up the car so the keys were put in the box)!! Also not even basic insurance is covered in the price which is not common practise. Your site only warns about it within terms and conditions. As you are not providing give full price on rental I will not use the website again
Pros:Pick up/drop off location, hours , and operations very convenient and smooth
Cons:price was high, total was 330 euro for 2 days including total insurance (125 euro) and gps (35 euro). But we were glad to purchase total insurance because we had a minor rear end bump and scratches and was able to walk away with no cost!!
