Pros:Someone was ready when i got there. Paperwork was quick. Helpful on directions. Someone was waiting when I returned. Check in was also quick and efficient.
Pros:Good value, good car.
Cons:Drop off point difficult.
Cons:Drop off instructions should be clearer, especially since the airport parking and rental section is under a little construction right now.

Cons:Finding the hertz drop off at the airport was challenging.
Cons:i was waiting for 25 minutes and nobody was there. Called 5 times a phone that was left as a contact number. In the end took a car with a comptetitor. Terrible experience.
Pros:Nice car, nice and clean.
Cons:Ordered a 5 seater car, when we went to pick it up it only had 4 seats! You shouldn’t advertise a car for having 5 seats if it doesn’t. Man in the shop was quite grumpy.
