Pros:Yes the staff was friendly and I love the convenience of the location. Prices are some of the best in town. I always use Hertz.
Cons:more staff to make rental process shorter.
Pros:They had over booked by 35 cars and we were stranded at a small airport with no rental car. They did not help in any way.
Cons:Had a car for us. I'm very disappointed.
Cons:They did not have a car for us upon our arrival. I am not sure how this could happen but it did. I will be making a phone call to find out more about this.

Cons:Bill totally wrong. Never closed out. Got email qith wrong contract and amount. Never called me back. Never answered phone at Asheville airport. No wonder you are bankrupt!!
Pros:Every step of this process was horrible. Rude, disorganized associates at pick up. The car was still dirty when I got into it and all the tire pressures were dangerously low. The drop off location wasn't operational and it took over an hour to get someone on the phone who could tell me how to return the car. 2 days later I'm still trying to close out my reservation with them. I will never rent with Hertz again.
Cons:Absolutely everything. Horrible experience, will never use Hertz again.
Pros:Got there and line was 20 people deep and people in front of me had been there for 90 minutes. One person at counter. left after an hour without a car.

Cons:Wasn’t able to even get car because of credit pull should let customers know this ahead of time before you charge them insurance for a car they can’t get
