Cons:Everything went smoothly
Pros:Hillary at the counter was nice
Cons:Didn't get the car i reserved, the car was filthy so I had to clean the car before I left for my trip, the tire had a leak so it had to be filled every 100 miles, then I extended only to get a text from someone saying the car was overdue!
Cons:There was a fee for being driven to the rental office. I don't remember seeing that charge online and wasn't happy about it. I think a cab would have been cheaper. It was a $10 charge. It wasn't the small car I had reserved, got an upgrade to a suv which made things more difficult getting in and out.

Pros:The staff at the airport was uncooperative and when I asked if I could change the drop off location the person at the counter made a point to be short and was not helpful. I also asked about adding another driver and he seemed annoyed at my questions. Because of this I canceled my reservation and booked at the counter next door. He told me that I would still be charged for the day if I switched in a manner that was intended to scare me than in making any effort to be helpful. but once I made the other reservation he was able to refund my money.

Cons:They advertise AUDI A4 ... I got a Hyundai ... THAT IS NOT EQUIVALENT TO AN AUDI.. I booked it because it said AUDI... not good
Pros:It appeared that there was a shortage of vehicles so we got an upgrade-great!
Cons:we had to wait a bit to return to the airport but no big deal
Pros:Friendly service, decent value for rental, straight-forward employees
Cons:Car was pretty dirty, employees seemed overwhelmed by the amount of clients and lack of extra help they had, office closed at 6pm but they had an influx at that time so it doesn't seem fair to employees or travelers. Probably needs stronger management.
Cons:Car had bald tires and did not run well
Pros:Very unhelpful and rude
Cons:Could have been told ahead of time that a credit card was needed. Went nextdoor to enterprise and they were so helpful
