Pros:The ride from Clearwater to Buford was smooth.
Cons:When I picked up the car. The counter people gave me directions and how I get there, but didn't know it was the far. I had to keep asking people where is Hertz pick up location. Also, when I put gas on the car I stayed 10 minutes on the gas station trying to figure out where is the gas button. I had look on the car manual, later I google it. When I dropped off the car, the door said opened until 6pm. I got there around 5pm lady said we are closed. No very polite customer service I noticed.

Pros:Ordered thru carrentals.com, significant savings and all went well. No problems at the Heetz counter with pressure to upgrade, etc. easy pickup and drop off. Counter person very congenial.

Cons:I did not like how I could NOT use my debit card to rent the car I was not informed that they only take credit cards Money is money the last time I checked so I unfortunately was unable to rent the car.. and the lady at the counter did not care whatsoever about my issue nor did she try to solve the issue in any way
