Pros:Easy pick up and drop off. Car was clean. Employees were helpful. Price was reasonable.

Cons:This location did not have any cars for the four parties waiting for reservations and could not confirm a time by which they would have a car. As a result I rented a car with another company and ate the cost. The staff was also completely unconcerned and unhelpful to customers waiting for extended periods of time.

This was our second car that we had to pick up on our trip, they thoroughly went over the vehicle, took photos, and were very quick and efficient. Very friendly staff, took time to make conversation. Young guy who served us was very professional, and did an awesome job. We will definitely use this company again.!!! thanks for the 2022 Dodge Charger!!

Cons:No car available at the time reserved. The counter service was SO SLOW. The employees were so depressed. What ahorrible experience!

Pros:We brought back the car after a day of driving because it had an alignment problem & agent was so nice and accommodating. He gave us a great car instead & was very nice about it. We will definitely come back to Hertz every time
