Cons:Refund not given after 9 days
Pros:The staff was extremely helpful, and very friendly. It seems like they did everything they could to help us get into an available car that they had.
Cons:I had rented a large seven person van through the kayak website, unfortunately they did not have a large seven passenger van. We had to cram every piece of luggage that we had into a five person station wagon. It was a bit tight. I don’t know if I blame kayak, or the Hertz rental place.
Pros:Car was new
Cons:They charged me 477 DKK without any inform after 3 months!

Pros:I have booked the Mini category abut Hertz run out of them so I have received a very nice Volvo v60 which was phenomenal. This was obviously a lucky scenario, however the friendliness of the staff and the fast service was excellent - even without the fancy car.
Cons:That I have to return it.
Pros:I liked the car itself, great upgrade and surely done with the best of intentions. Good milleage too. Beautifull car
Cons:The car stifness for family driving. Tried to find the suspension's regulation for a softer ride but there was none. 18 inch rims plus low profile tyres made it a bit uncomfortable for the passengers. Some object compartments were also not clean, but that says more about the car's many object pockets than the lack of cleanliness by the company.
Pros:Friendly staff in pickup office. Got an upgrade for bigger car than booked. All was fine. Will choose Hertz next time again.
Pros:I booked my rental for the correct day, wrong month. Pre-paid through Kayak. They laughed with us and said not to worry about it - they had a car and it was fine. Didn't charge us a thing, gave us great driving advice (red always means stop, for example) and gave us a discounted way to cross bridges. And the car was new, clean, and fun to drive.
Cons:What's not to like? Best car rental experience of my life!
Cons:Never received my e-mail receipt for the rental as promised. They couldn't issue one at the counter when the car was returned. I did have them go to the car, review check it out for any issues which they did and and got a clean bill on the returned car. I had them sign the agreement stating so....but still no e-mail of final bill.
Pros:The price and the car were great.
Cons:Hertz was the only rental company at the rental car center without a key drop, so after my family hoofed our luggage to the bus stop, I still had to run back to the car rental center office and drop off the key. Even there, they didn’t have a key drop, so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait in line or if I could just hand them the key over the counter, while other customers were checking in. When I got back to the bus, the shuttle was gone. A small, unnecessary hassle.
