Cons:Was surprised to find out that the car did not have cruise control, as every other car that I have ever rented has had that feature. Would have been nice for our long trip.
Pros:Hertz was very professional and efficient. Simple in and out process. I dealt with three employees in total and one was more helpful than the next. Good group of guys.

I could not rent the car as the credit card machine could not read the chip on my credit card. I walked to a nearby Avis rent-a-car where my credit card was accepted.
