Pros:The car was clean and got me where I was going
Cons:The booking agents and coordination. They didn’t even have the car I booked for my first rental.
Pros:The car was a Nissan Frontier. Clean.
Cons:I reserved an economy car but they only had a small truck. I rent cars to save on gas but kinda pointless when the only car they had only gets 21 mpg. My car gets 19. Most economy cars get 35 to 38 so they pay for themselves. Wish they would've had one ready.
Cons:I was extremely disappointed in the mannerism of the check out counter person when dropping off the car. VERY RUDE....did not help me at all and charged me double the price. The bill was suppose to be 67.00 and I was charged 138.00 because he fill it with gas. I told him I went to the gas station and didn't find the button for the gas or couldn't open the tank, I had a receipt and proof I was there and he said..."WELL, you should of looked on the inside door'. I told him I did and he threw a receipt at me before ending the discussion. I said 'what is this'? He said, 'YOUR BILL' and walked away. I told him a little under 3/4 a tank and he said, "I CHARGED YOU FOR A HALF OF A TANK". I rent a car practically everyday. Sorry Hertz...last straw for me. Last week, it was another charge for 26.00 for gas when my TANK was FULL...it was a surprised added on 3 days later. I emailed Hertz regarding the surprise charge twice and never did get a response. I AM DONE WITH SUCH A LOW PROFESSIONAL COMPANY

Cons:Our flight home was delayed & re-routed through another airport - and Hertz charged us $400 for dropping off the car at a different location. Huge ripoff and we will NEVER use them again. The guy working at the Spokane Hertz seemed downright happy to hit us with the insane fee. Criminal.
Pros:Ice on windows at pickup took a while to get off until an assistant arrived. No clear direction on where to park upon return.

Pros:Overall a good experience however they did not have the car we were originally promised and we received a slightly smaller car I'll be at a nice one
Cons:There were not that many cars to choose from when we arrived so we had to make a selection based on cars available which meant selecting a smaller vehicle than what we originally tried to book
Cons:When I picked up my car I noted a slip of paper says "this car has been previously inspected and no damage was found and I am responsible for any damage" I inspected the car and found dents, dings, a bumper crease and a front end hit along with a chip in the windshield. I had a lot attendant (who was very nice) look at it and document all the issues. Just didn't like the fact that your previous inspector missed all the issues and set up the next renter to get the blame if they didn't fully inspect the car. Makes me very hesitant about using you again as it is not the first time I have seen this.
