Pros:Nothing. They did not have any car available and I had to rent from another company last minute, they didn't even apologize or offer to help me get a refund processed.
Pros:Nothing!!
Cons:The rental agent messed up the information input process causing my card to be swiped to many times and as a result I was not able to rent the car from this vendor. This process wasted an hour of my time and it cost me an extra 103 dollars to go to another car rental vendor to rent a car which was completed in less than 5 minutes. I rent a car on monthly basis and this was my worst experience by far.
Pros:Location is understaffed.
Cons:No cruise control. Dirt & stains in the van. Windshield wipers smear/streak

Pros:When I arrived to pick up the car - they informed me there was no car available - and since I had estimated to pick up the car at 1:00 pm and arrived at 4 - they informed me there was no car for me So, I was stranded in Tallahasse and had to return to the airport to rent a budget car for $485
Cons:They could have found a car for me - except they seemed to care less and I was on my own. Worst experience to date on any car rental I have had in 45 years - serious;y
The people at Hertz were very nice and the whole rental experience couldn’t have been any better. Couldn’t have rented though without the great price through Kayak😎
Pros:Hertz employees did their jobs well and quickly; the car was great, although it was parked in a Dollar rent a car stall, which made things a bit confusing when we picked it up.
Cons:They Don't answer the phone in Tallahassee. Our flight was delayed, we called repeatedly to let then know. They ended up giving our car to someone else. Hope we get our money back. We had to make other arrangements to get to our destination.
