Pros:None
Cons:Vehicle was not cleaned. Gas was less than 1/4 full. Due to COVID, I was disappointed and nervous to drive a vehicle that was not cleaned. The representative was rude. Overall, it was a very bad experience. Had I not needed the car urgently that day, I would not have rented it.
Supportive staff. Not being able to have an after hours drop off at this location
Pros:No cars were available although I reserved one
Pros:They gave me free gas and an additional driver for my trouble.
Cons:I paid for an intermediate car. They gave me a compact car. Myself, my husband who is 6'3",and 3 kids (2 are teenagers), rode for 6 hours in a compact car. I exchanged the car in Philadelphia after initially being told, they didn't have any. I had to call customer service 4 times before finally getting transferred to the correct department.
Pros:The drop off was quick.
Pros:I wish I could say that there was something positive about my experience, but there was absolutely nothing! Will NEVER rent from them again. I would rent at Enterprise for any future car rentals.
Cons:Made a reservation for a Pathfinder well in advance. Got a call 2 hours before saying that they do not have that car and would upgrade me to a minivan. Specifically requested no minivans when renting. Got an old 2019 Dodge minivan, plastic wiring on side doors had blue tape around it, dents, no windshield washer fluid, ultimately burns gas like crazy. Was told by snarky counter person that I can cancel your reservation or you can take the minivan. Given I was driving up to pick up my daughter from college, trying to find another rental place on a Friday afternoon/college graduation weekend would be impossible. Spent 2 hours on phone waiting to speak with someone in customer service because I did not have my credit card with me. Offered to put it on another card, but they made me call reservation place to change my reservation and card first. Two hours later, told by Hertz rental booking thst I would be charged the same amount. I was not. Had to now go through the counter person to attempt to change what we were promised. Then they tacked on another charge for an additional driver because the credit card sadly my husbands. He was not even going on the trip of driving at all. Big rip off! I would NOT rent from them again!

Cons:did not have the car I reserved, wanted to downgrade to smaller car for same price or more...refused to upgrade to next size car without costing me more money...will NEVER rent from them again
Pros:Staff friendly. Drop off was super easy.
Cons:Booked for a 12 (noon) pick-up. Car was not available until 3 o'clock. Windshield dirty and 3 tires were low on air.
Pros:Staff was okay. Drop off after hours: no return envelopes.
Cons:Better cleaning. Nail polish on 3rd row, potato chips in map holder left side of the middle console.
Pros:Stumbled on Kayak in a last ditch effort to get any car for the weekend. Everything worked out perfect. The Hertz shop had a small and very busy Friday, but well trained staff that got me In my car in record breaking time (my experience). (Apparent) manager checked me out when I returned and he was excellent as well: Honest and determined leaders can ensure integrity in service for customers. Thanks again.
