Pros:The staff was so kind, patient, fast, and helpful. I was ao stressed today and my brain felt like it was moving so much slower than usual, but the staff member who helped me really changed my day for the better.

Pros:Car was great.
Cons:Long wait to get the car and a lot of attempt to upsell with add-ons and upgrades. Also took 7 days to be able to get my receipt from website. Never did get by email even after calling to ensure correct email on file. Was told this would be ready by Tuesday and wasn't until Thursday when I could get via website. Drop off was previous Friday.

Cons:The car was not ready at my scheduled time, which was frustrating; I had to wait about 30-45mins for my car to be ready. The waiting area was not very nice.
