Pros:They had new cars available
Cons:The pricing is ridiculous they lure you in with crazy low prices and then when you get there you are expected to pay waaaaaaaaay more then the original quote.
Cons:There were no cars for us. We were told that there was a waiting list. Really disappointed.
Pros:Made a reservation in advance but they didn't have it when I got there. Took an hour and a half to get a car which is longer than the plane ride to get to Guadalajara. The physical appearance of their facility is very poor, it's dirty, unkept. I was told to wait in a certain area for a van and waited there for 30 minutes. Finally got their facility and they sent me back to the terminal saying that I had to go upstairs. They said they didn't have a car for me. I think they overcharged me but it was Christmas, so what could I do!
Pros:Despite making a reservation, they had no cars available. They did not apologize at all for it, did nothing to help us make other accommodations, and so we were stuck without a car.
Pros:we could not get a car the website says its available but it was note and were left stranded. I think you should have better communication with the areas renting the cars.

Pros:Nothing. This is the worst experience I have had ever with a car rental
Cons:They didnt respect my reservation! Got there and they overbooked so I didnt get any car! Had to pay twice as much in booking last minute with another company and wasted half day of vacation. The guy at the reception wasnt even nice; he was giving all types of excuses.

Cons:We got to the Hertz and they didn't have a car for us. Their excuse was "sometimes people don't return the cars on time, sorry!" And we had to scramble last minute to get a rental elsewhere so we could still go on our trip.
Pros:The rental and return dervice were fast. But the van i was given was really best up, scretches and bumps everywhere, transmission would slip in reverse. Ture pressure sensors not working. Itbdid not give me peace of mind.
Cons:Inspection of vehicles routinely for better customer service.
