It was already terrible on the first min I got there. The front desk was by himself and there were about 5 people in the line. When it was finally my turn, he asked me if I could go to ANOTHER LOCATION ON MY OWN to get a car because they DID NOT HAVE ANY MORE VEHICLES. Usually the full insurance coverage is on the 20s or 27s. The guy told me it was 43!!!!! That was outrageous. Didn't give me any other options or any discounts for the inconvivience. NEVER AGAIN!Avis

The one and only employee who was in there was friendly but seemed in a hurry to get out of there. She left before I did with the rental.Cons:
Just about everything. Place sucked, girl was nice, car was wrong and so tiny and had stains all in the back. The drop off was me throwing a key on a garage floor. No one to speak to about the light that went on when I first came in. (Toyota Yaris) Won’t be back.5.6 Fair
