Pros (+) The cleaning staff was nice and plenty of parking.
Cons (-) Overall it was horrible. The beds were awful, the place wasn't that clean and the front desk staff was beyond rude. We actually moved hotels after two nights because we just could not handle it anymore.

Pros (+) Pool was pretty good, nice gym setup, good food options, excellent service. Location good for Scottsdale and surrounding areas, a little far from central Phoenix and beyond, but traffic is not a problem so that's not a big deal. Happy that they hand out plenty of bottled water and have water available at the pool and in the lobby. Access to the spa was also a plus.
Cons (-) We were stuck in an outdated room with old double beds, an old and too-small bathroom. There weren't many plugs near the beds (like on the tiny night stand) to charge phones and other devices. We had to request a fridge as it wasn't in the room automatically, and there isn't a microwave either. The TVs were problematic as they were in the midst of updating their system, so sometimes the TVs were c...
