Pros (+) Great location; walking distance to midtown shops and mall. The size of the room was very big. Mattress was very comfortable; made of memory foam. We could open the window. We had plenty of coffee and tea, both in the room and the lobby. The design of the faucet was both elegant and easy to turn on/off. Staff was very friendly and fast. My wife felt cold; so when I asked for an extra blanked, it w...
Cons (-) The microwave buttons were not user-friendly. The blue color on the rug in the hallway looked like dirt or faded old fabric... I wish instead of blue, it was orange color. Rug in the room did not feel soft to my naked feet.

Cons (-) After checking in, I opened the door to my room to find a man in his underwear in the room. I was shocked, and he was extremely angry. When I went to the desk to notify them, the first thing they said was "we'll have to find out who we put in that room!" As an apology, they gave me a coupon for breakfast.
