This hotel was great! It’s clean and up to date. The staff is A+! I used Kayak to book the rooms through Traveluro. Long story short, Traveluro canceled my second room only sending me an email to notify me. I didn’t see the email until I got to the hotel and they couldn’t find the reservation for the second room (negative Traveluro review coming!). Alyssa was amazing!! She found what was probably ...

Pros (+) Location, room design and size were good.
Cons (-) The restaurant and bar looked to be continually understaffed during our stay. Tables went uncleaned for long periods and servers, bussed tables and checked people in at the restaurant, causing delays.

Pros (+) The hotel is located downtown close to the Amalie arena which was great. The beds were comfortable. The valet parking area was confusing, we ended up parking at a local parking garage for much less.
Cons (-) Everything was an extra fee. Parking was either valet or in a garage. No breakfast. No free wifi unless you are Hilton honors and booked direct. The rooms were only a standard size if that. Felt very cramped. for over 300 per night regularly this left a lot to be desired. Glad I booked through a different site. There were still rings on tables from glasses from the previous occupant.

Pros (+) The Hotel staff was amazing.. Very polite and made sure our stay was as comfortable and easy going as possible. The room was also amazing!!! Very spacious and clean and very comfortable beds.. I loved my stay at the Hilton and will be making this hotel chain my #1 choice when vacationing.
Cons (-) I loved everything!!
