Pros (+) Hotel was clean and smelled good. Beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) Shower head!!! Stop using dark furniture polish on furniture as we ruined 3 shirts before we figured out what it was.That said, the receptionist gave us detergent and quarters for the washer and dryer free of charge for the inconvenience so that was a nice gesture but our clothes are still stained

Cons (-) Not much breakfast choice like sausage or bacon. Only sausage gravy offered. This must be the standard breakfast because Atlanta Hyatt had the same.

Pros (+) Great free breakfast! Everything extremely clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Great location!
Cons (-) The water from the shower was incredibily hot and wouldn’t really get any colder. That’s the only negative i could think of.

Pros (+) Nice room, comparable to your best-known business hotel competitor. Complimentary breakfast was better than most. Staff were courteous and professional.
Cons (-) Given the location, the price seemed a bit steep to me. Outside areas could be better lit at night.

Pros (+) the location is excellent if you plan to go to busch gardens, the rooms are suites but priced as regular rooms which is incredible value for money.
Cons (-) the breakfast should have more available options.

Cons (-) I confirmed my reservation 6 hours before I arrived from New York. My flight was delayed. I didn't get to the hotel until midnight. The automatic doors wouldn't open to let me into the hotel. Once I got in, the front desk didn't have my reservation. I was holding the confirmation in my phone as well as told him I confirmed it on the phone. He didn't have king bed and gave us two doubles instead. I...
