Toilet didn’t flush… I got it to flush and it was clogged. Room and common areas not clean, holes in the wall of bathroom, towel holder missing. Not worth the money. Chose it because of the Hilton name but didn’t look like it.

When we pushed, we were told it was a security deposit for incidentals. (New one for me). 2nd, we saw 8 signs to not forget to get our warm cookie. Cons (-) I had to cancel a 2 day trip due to an illness and my request for a refund was denied. I paid over $400 for nothing. I'll not be staying with this brand again.....

Pros (+) Good location and breakfast buffet was great. Room was large and spacious with good amenities.
Cons (-) It's a rip off to pay to stay in a hotel and then on top of it they charged me to park. Drain in tub would not drain so your shower quickly became a bath, when I brought it up to staff they stated the pipes were old and that they would not be fixing or renovating till next year. Caution using your credit card here they put multiple holds on your card and leave them pending for days even after you ...

Pros (+) It was a nice facility. Staff were friendly. Pool was nice.
Cons (-) Staff were very poorly trained, almost every step of the way things were done poorly or incorrectly. They didn't have my reservation which was made through this booking agency so we were told we'd have to find another hotel with out kids. No apology. Staff were leaving with piles of hotel cookies for themselves as we just sat there with no place to stay for the night. The hotel blamed the booking ...

Pros (+) Everything was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We requested a pack n playfoe our room for our baby, which was promptly delivered. The bar/restaurant downstairs is HAPPENING and very loud, but seemed family friendly enough.
Cons (-) Balconies on our rooms were nice, but faced a wall. Noisy high traffic area, but if you're looking to stay close to the airport it's totally fine. Rooms are on the small side, so was a bit tough with a young child in tow.

Pros (+) everything the staff was friendly. They gave great suggestions for places to eat and night life. The shuttle was a God send why use uber when you have a shuttle that takes you to local attractions less than 4 miles away.
