The hotel itself was not bad. The major issue we had was with the valet that went through our vehicle as well as a bag that was left in the car. We were in a hurry when we left so we didn't really notice what happened until we got home 2 hours away. Nothing was missing however the bag that was left in error was completely gone through. a very shabby and tired hotel, with all the trappings of muddiness, something broken, something worn to holes, the smell of damp everywhere.

Staff were awesome, and the buffet breakfast was great especially the omlette bar. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Florida.

Pros (+) Location, Staff, Happy Hour, like the open lobby with plenty of seating areas to visit with people.
Cons (-) Needs new rugs… whole facility needs cleaning / upgrading,… sheets and pillow case had Oder… Breakfast buffet was poor based on past experience with staying at Embassy Suites.. will not be staying with Embassy Suites again.

Cons (-) Tell your visitors upfront when it’s hotel is under renovation , 3 out of 6 friends had asthma , Jason the manager transferred out party to Doubletree In Rocky Point off hwy 60 No Suite 2 beds horrible stay wasn’t satisfied with this stay at all , was inconvenient in every way lossy.

Pros (+) The breakfast and views were good.
Cons (-) The pull out couch is horrible. It is barely a mattress. We chose Embassy Suites for our family of 5 so that we would have a little more space but for the price point, they should be embarrassed at the quality of mattress.
