We had a great time. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The only thing I liked was that I left without checking in. This hotel was not in condition to rent. There are lights hanging, holes in walls, dust everywhere, and smelled terrible. It is under renovation, and suffered water damage. There were fans blowing on the floors trying to dry the water. We should not have been let inside or even worse, tried to check us in. Shame on them!

If renovations to our floor were not started during our trip I would have give it a 5 star. We were exhausted from just getting off a cruise and we wanted to relax. Not possible during the day as they were putting down new flooring, hammering and being very loud. We ended up leaving a day early because we couldn’t not rest.

Love the high tech features like being able to check in through the Hilton app AND using my phone to unlock access to the elevator and to the room. Also, we were thrilled that the airport shuttle service was still in operation when we arrived in Tampa at 2 a.m.

Noisy - between air conditioner and over-flying jets, earplugs were necessary to sleep. Close to airport, so conveniently located for outbound travel and nearby restaurants.

Our first night we were putting our food in the fridge and a medium-sized cockroach crawled right on the outside of the fridge and ran underneath it. Literally the worst mattress I've EVER laid on. It felt like stiff cardboard. Everything else was great! c-19 protocol on point! Breakfast good, room beautiful with office station in room.
