Pros: A beautiful hotel on the beach. Staff very helpful.
Pros: The location was perfect and the staff were very helpful, helping arrange the hire of a golf cart and arranging a later check out. We particularly liked the fact that the ferry docked adjacent to the hotel.
Pros: All the staff was really very helpful and helpful in anything that we asked of them.
Cons: The steps up to the room.
Pros: Staff was very friendly
Pros: Eating breakfast overlooking the ocean was great. Thomas Sands, the pool bar bartender was very interesting to talk to and provided excellent service as did the poolside wait staff. The general manager personally walked around and talked to any guest that was around and looked to any needs or concerns you had. The place was super laid-back.
Cons: Could have used some warmer weather but hard to fault the hotel for that one.
Pros: Staff was very helpful. Good location . Food was ok, but the staff made up for it. For the price good pick.
Cons: No TV. I know you are not going to the island to watch TV, but when stuck in room b/c of weather or at night, I like to see the news. Also, only one outlet in whole room.
Pros: The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food by the Reef was absolutely delicious. The hotel is within walking distance to almost everything. The Albury's Ferry drops you right off in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. It might not be the fanciest but it has such beautiful charm.
Pros: Beautiful traditional cottage with view of the ocean
Cons: Pool area needs some updating but great view of the water and beach
Pros: Great location and friendly staff
Pros: We enjoyed the experience - especially breakfast setting!
Pros: The location was excellent and the staff really helpful. They helped a lot with moving the luggage and with suggestions about what to do. The room was clean overall. Good value for money!
Cons: The towels had stains most of the time, I am assuming they were clean and they just couldn't get them off, but it wasn't great...

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Planning an event in Marsh Harbour? This resort has facilities measuring 6500 square feet (604 square meters), including conference space. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Hotel Mention breakfast start 06:30, reach there by 07:30 and nothing ready service very slow Have met at 3 different occasions the staff by the reception and 3 times I got a different replies about how will the rooms be charged. By the end, and to fasten the process, Both rooms were charged to my credit card when at the booking time I did mentioned 2 rooms will be paid separately
Cons: Not really any extras. The picky charges like for water or local phone calls is a turn off when you have people trapped in a remote area. We had a car so we just went and bought our own. If they were more friendly I would have felt better about things. I understand the charges but they should offer at least a few bottles or a glass of fresh water out front.
Pros: Most staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Fitness room was basically nonexistent and didn't match the pictures. Food at restaurant was not very good.
Pros: Restaurant - great dinner.
Cons: Buildings and grounds need TLC
Pros: Waterfront and restaurants are excellent
Pros: Room amenities and decor was modern. Little terrace over looking ocean.
Cons: Room in a separate block which was a few minutes walk to the property’s gated entrance. Had car so didn’t matter too much. Room lock did not work on arrival but management quickly found us another room nearby.
Cons: I have walking limitations so got difficult
Pros: Good was great and location also
Cons: Too much $$ for the room each night
Pros: The oceanfront location is beautiful. The grounds are well kept and clean. The Angler's restaurant had excellent food. Some of the restaurant servers were excellent, some were horrible.
Cons: My husband and I were in Marsh Harbor during the low season. There were fewer then 12 hotel guests. The upgraded extra cost ocean front room we paid for was truly filthy (floors, bathroom, etc.). The shower faucet fell off in my hand. This was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. Several members of the restaurant wait staff were down right rude and clearly not interested in doing their job. I cannot imagine how they must behave and clean the rooms during the busy season!!!
Pros: This resort is simply amazing. It’s central located in Marsh Harbour so we were able to walk to local restaurants, shops, ferries, and coffee shops. The staff is simply amazing and so helpful. The resort has everything you need with beautiful views.
Cons: It is a pricey resort especially food and drinks but after traveling to other Cays; it simply comes with going to the Abacos. Overall, not much negative to say.
Pros: Great location! Helpfull and friendly staff!
Cons: Overpriced rooms
Pros: Location and structure
Cons: Room forniture and accessories not related to the cost
With a stay at Hope Town Inn & Marina in Hope Town, you'll be near the beach, and 3.1 mi (5 km) from Lubbers Quarters Cay.Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: How the room made is giving a true relaxing marine resort atmosphere. Quiet & peaceful. Very close to the ferry dock to Marsh Harbour.
Cons: The doors on balconies between other rooms were tapping heavily in the night because of rough weather and they were not locked, but there was no way to stop it. The doors should be locked by hotel before the guest in.
Pros: The resort is beautiful. Breezes all day. Easy to get around by boat, golf cart, walking. We discovered a public beach, pool, place to have lunch right on beach on Marsh Harbor. Our room was like a little cottage. I would recommend this resort.
Cons: Mattress was not very comfortable.
Pros: Love, love, love Hope Town
Cons: Stop the rain?.
Pros: Views were amazing! Staff warm, welcoming, friendly, very helpful! I was there for the wedding of my Nephew. It was a perfect place to retreat and relax! Lunch/ breakfast really good!
Cons: Dinner not good and expensive!
Pros: Ambiance, grounds, waterfront with pretty foliage and 2 pools and boat docks
Cons: Must ferry to ocean side of Elbow Cay ,but shuttles are constantly running and it’s a short ride. No convenience/snack on this side of harbour.
Pros: Wonderful place with a nice restaurant and beautiful surroundings. I definitely recommend it!
Pros: Location is lovely. There's a free boat shuttle that will pick up at ferry and drop off at Hope Town, etc.
Cons: We expected luxury based on the price and it was a decent 3* hotel but certainly not fancy. Our room overlooked the pool/bar which played music. We were charged a $27 resort fee on top of the room charge (which may have been in the fine print someplace). Also, food everywhere in Abaco is really expensive, FYI.
Pros: Loved the neat loft suite we had. Great view and awesome patio
Pros: The food and beautiful site on a beautiful island
Cons: Loved everything
Pros: Great location
Cons: The wait staff were rude and the food horrible. Took 45 minutes for our waiter to bring us drinks. With so many other nice accommodations I would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone
Pros: I paid for the cheapest room and got upgraded to their 450$, 3BR, 2-story villa with all amenities, even a kitchen and washing machine/drier. I think it's a great deal for a big company. The villa has a small patio with a couch, table with a candle and chairs. It is surrounded by a lush vegetation and overlooks beautiful marina. There is an iconic white and red lighthouse right behind the place and some trails. For everything else, you'll have to take a short free shuttle trip to the other side of the bay.
Cons: The water in the pool wasn't very clean.
