Minivan

They didn’t have the booked vehicle or anything comparable. Wanted me to upcharge to a luxury suv that didn’t even fit our needs. Sent us to a different location that didn’t have one either. Gave us a complete run around. After about 6.5 hours trying to track down a car, we finally found one with budget. Enterprise was incredibly nonchalant about nearly ruining the first family trip we’ve taken in 7 years. Will absolutely never use them again.

I know you are a 3rd party but you should not list cars that can’t be rented for real. Also your insurance help is awful because it should only start if you rent the car. I’ve tried contacting them but there’s no answer. The chat feature leaves me on hold forever. All the way around it was an awful experience. Enterprise had no interest in allowing a one way rental from there and yet you happily list them as though a client can. Do not list things that are not available.

20 hrs b4 the pickup time enterprise rep james called and said they will not honor the reservation. I had flight planned the next day it ruined my plans. So Reservations thru kayak does not mean anything. So why kayak is offering Reservations on their site. When there vendors r not honoring it. Hope to get a response from kayak beside apology and excuse. Dugan

I booked a one way car from three different locations near me and they all said “nope can’t do that.” It’s despicable!! Kayak you should’nt list cars that I cannot actually get.
