Very nice people. Water gets very nice and hot once you let it run. Cable worked. Room was nicer then expected, seems remolded. Would recommend this place to relatives and friends.
Giant hot tub Water in the shower took a long time to heat up. Shower was a little shoddy overall.
The building, parking lot and room was very clean.....well maintained and the staff member I encountered was very helpful, quite accommodating. As a business traveller, the location was great, easy to find. No breakfast, the room rate could include lite breakfast, otherwise, no complaints
Nice and quiet. Close to a few small stores and eats. Fridge and microwave. Perfect if you just need a bed for a day or 2. Small room. No ice machine.

It was close o Six Flags, very easy directions. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of places to eat all around and very close. I was very happy with this place and I will be back next time I am in area. Staff was very courteous.

The price was very reasonable. It was far away from where we wanted to go and Ubers/Lyfts were not easy to find in Howell.
The owner/proprietor was very nice and accommodating. The hot water did not work both days we were there. Amenities were very sparse, including toiletries that came in condiment packets. There was a generally creepy feeling about the place.
Only negative was bathroom smelled like smoke. Likely bleeding in from a smoking room. Bathroom was a little beat up. Othrwise overall was satisfactory
Location was great for six flags...and to the jersey shore. Plus super close to links pizza....yummmmoooo. Not as clean or we'll kept for cost.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was good. The hot tub was closed, the pool heater was broken and there was no internet. Not a spa/resort experience at all, just another seaside motel.
Right on the beach with an awesome view of the ocean. Convenience all around with dining pool and boardwalk closeness Didn't stay longer.
There was nothing to like Room 125 Manager: Keith Date of stay: August 15th 2015 Duration of stay 4 hours.... and drove back home (2 1/2hrs.) Recommendation: Never stay here. 1) I requested a non smoking room and received a room full of fumes...Cigarette smells and mildew / moldy scents 2) The ceiling had a massive crack from the main door to the opposite side of the room.... I had asked if there was water damage since the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were full of mildew and coming down. 3) Floor tiles were lose and coming up 4) This room was totally neglected, The main door to the room was rusted out... right hand conner of the door was deteriorating and seemed as if someone could kick right through 5) I asked for a pet friendly room, but I should have asked for a human friendly room.... i sure my dogs would have gotten sick if I stayed longer. 6) The Pictures online did not remotely match the hole in the wall I stood in 7) The linens were clean but the beds looked like they needed to be tossed. I was totally afraid that I would take home bed bugs or crabs! 8) If anyone fails to mentions, this location is flanking a bar/club .... yes... young loud college frat kids that will be up all night will be your neighbors 9) I have read the reviews here and I can't agree with any of the cleanliness comments.... this place should be considered a motel... the "condom" on the floor in the hall speaks for it self 10) Price: 225.00.... it should have been $60.00 per night.... 11) I was a 1 of 2 groups made up of 4 individuals...... both groups said: "HELL NO" we can't stay here.... and headed back to Brooklyn NY 12) Keith the manager, did not want to refund my card... he told me directly, that if I called Consumer's affairs, all I was trying to do was to blackmail him for a better rate.... ????????? Help me understand that....
My name and I stay in a lot of hotels while we're on the road and this is literally one of the quarter we've ever been to. We drove all day from Providence, RI for a site the next day in Asbury Park, NJ. We cost this hotel because it had 3 beds and a kitchen which is pretty rare. It was freezing outside. When we got into our room the great was completely off and unplugged (I assume to save energy) so the room was also freezing. The room actually had two heaters one of which never worked for our entire stay. The next day I went down to the office to complain that the heater was not working. The "lady" at the front desk basically called me a liar repeatedly saying that I didn't know what I was talking about. We were going to stay for another night but they were so rude that we decided to go to a different hotel. Later that day, they called us and claimed that we had stolen two of their pillows. I tried to explain that no one in my group had any reason to steal pillows but again they claimed I was lying. Then they charged $20 to my credit card to make up for these imaginary pillows. Which I believe is illegal because this charge was not authorized.
I napped on the bed for 30 minutes and woke up with a bad back and neck and so did my boyfriend. The bed was like a wooden plank, the towels were crunchy and hard, and the soap didn't even lather. We checked out after an hour- we couldn't stay any longer unfortunately.
Close to point pleasant My daughter got her period and got some blood on the sheets by accident. The manager called police and wanted me to buy the hotel a new mattress

Price Very dirty, ac didn't work, fridge didn't work, door handle was broken, smelled really bad.
Great location -- too bad the franchise doesn't help this owner do a big remodel and update. Non-smoking room smelled like it was formerly a smoking room. The bed was comfortable and everything was neat and mostly clean -- the edges of the rugs against the wall were not. It was okay for one night -- we were there only to sleep, but it is dated.
Comfortable bed TV was not working, waited 4 hours in the AM for hot water was not able to take a shower. Checked out early. I was told I will be reimbursed for one night since I checked out early, after looking at my credit card state I was not reimbursed.Disappointed

Like the price, friendly staffs, and provide what I need. Smell like mildew, cigarette burn somewhere on the blanket in non-smoking room, compact refrigerator need upgrade, and bathroom light condition is not that great.
Unfortunately nothing, I am being 100% honest when I say that it wasn't worth saving the $60-$80 to stay there rather than go to a different hotel. I am not joking when describing this hotel. We stayed in room 20. It was the dirtiest place I've ever been in, the ac would work for 10 minutes then stop, the pool was GREEN! The couches, curtains, and bed sheets all had stains or burn marks. The carpet and floors were dirty. My son got a bath and walked barefoot, he had black feet a few minutes later. On top of those issues, the place had nothing but sketchy people all over the place. Needless to say I was nervous for the safety of my family and the safety of our health! Don't stay there to save money and especially if you have children.
