Pros. Great customer service! Surprised to have full breakfast along with dinner option....Wonderful surprise!
Cons. Everything was nice....I would suggest housekeeping make sure to add Kleenex to the room. Only had 2 Kleenex tissue in the box. No real complaint...
Pros. This place is great! Free dinner was tasty and very satisfying. During our stay it was chicken tacos with salad, Spanish rice and black beans. There were also complimentary adult beverages. Breakfast was also good with many hot choices. My kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Our room was very spacious compared to other hotels with lots of outlets to charge all of our devices.
Cons. Pool doesn’t open till 9am and my kids were hoping to swim again in the morning before we went to the space center.
Pros. For me I mainly stay here because of how well this Drury is ran. The managers don't hesitate to step in and help when their busy. Hell even one of the managers stepped in a help cook waffles back when I stayed in May. But most of all my favorite part of staying at the Drury. Is the hot tub and pool. They keep it clean, the water is clear, there's always and I tell you always towels, even a place to throw your dirty towels which has never over flowed when I stayed in may and that's saying something considering May was slammed, this time it was just me and best friend enjoying the pool and hot tub, but the biggest part I am truly thankful for the bathroom in the pool area. Thank y'all for having that. Very few establishments have that. And nothing sucks worse than having to get in the elevator and get back to your room just to pee. Y'all did it beat 2x a bathroom accessible in the mini lobby and the pool area. Thank you. Security is another thing, I had a guest join me after 10pm and y'all lock the front doors which I find to be a great aspect considering I appreciate y'all just don't let anyone just walk in. Lol
Cons. The best thing I could ask for is bags in the trash cans. I know and respect that y'all are trying to be more economical, but nothing makes me cringe more than throwing trash away in a bin with no bag, especially the extra yucky stuffs. But no lies I'll keep bringing my own trash bags if I must. But also I love that we can deny room service and get points for it that's super epic. Thank you.
