Open air all terrain

Check in was easy and car was ready to go. Early return could have been better: a guy in the office screaming out instructions. Car was upgrade and in very good condition

Pros:

They put the spinner knob on when I mentioned that I didn't need hand controls.

Cons:

Customer service I am still trying to figure out what the extra $109 charge is for and no one will tell me.

The process of checking the car back in could have gone a little smoother. I was nervous about leaving the car without at least giving the keys to someone.

Pros:

They upgraded me to a larger vehicle for no additional charge.

Cons:

I returned it early before office hours. They billed me $229 which was more than the rental fee for an extra driver. But corrected it after my complaint.

Cons:

They didn’t have any car available when I went to pick up up the car I rented and paid for insurance! They stole my money, this people are stilling money from anybody!

Cons:

I arrived to pick up my car and was informed that they had no reservation for me. The insurance I purchased I was charged for. But the reservation charge never went through. I ended up having to just book another car from a different provider across town.
