I hated literally everything about this rentalCons:
When I select a specific airport I do not expect the reservation to be switched to a satellite rental office 30 minutes away from the airport and then be told by your customer service that there is absolutely nothing that can be done. Time, effort, money, and stress added to travel is not something that is needed. In the event I consider using your services again I’ve requested friends to brain me with a heavy object. This state would be preferable to trying to the nonsense I experienced.8.8 Very good

I reserved a car online, and flew 800 miles . But when i arrived they told me i was not eligible to rent because of a deductible in 2004. Something I still have no knowledge of. Also poor customer service in Huntsville. Alabama.8.4 Very good

The Lin’s seemed to move slow when I was picking up the car. There was only one person in front of me and it took a good 10 minutes to get me through the line. I’ve always thought car rental companies should pay attention to that metric. The last thing someone wants to be doing after a long airline flight is wait in a slow moving line.2.0 Poor

When I arrived to Alamo to pick up the vehicle I found on Kayak, they told me no cars had been available for weeks and had no idea why I found otherwise. Kayak should follow this up. Renters were at the mercy of whoever looked at the long list of reservations and did not authorize delivering more cars for rental until an SOS from the desk staff. Waited over an hour for cars to be available so they could rent them--NOT professional at all and very unhappy customers!Budget

I arrived to pick up my car and was informed that they had no reservation for me. The insurance I purchased I was charged for. But the reservation charge never went through. I ended up having to just book another car from a different provider across town.2.0 Poor
